CONQUER... a tale of a preworkout (sponsored)

very tired today, missed my last meal last night so i only had 1600 cals and work today was grueling with the outside temps getting warmer. managed a simple gvt chest/tricep training session but definately feel runned down. im on track nutrition wise and should be:
2000 cals
190 pro
145 carbs

higher carbs than i like but i felt like it was needed.

you arent alone...Im being tired as heck over the last few days (crunch time at school...end of the year teacher stuff). Been taking Conquer as my "pick me up" to get it through the day. Tuesday is our last day for students ---->AMEN

not as hot today, getting ready to hit some legs and abs. 1 scoop conquer and 1 scoop glycomix should get me through this workout. I'm also raising calories back to 2300 as I feel I burn more calories at work then I was hoping..

huge carb up day today! low carb dieting is work great but by the end of the week im completely exhausted...
upper back/ traps:

bb shrugs 135, 3 sets 10 reps
db shrugs 65 for 10, 75 for 6
upright cable rows 70 for 12, 80 for 12, 90 till failure
nautilus row machine 80, 90, 100,
10-12 reps each

rows and upright rows were supersets

1 scoop conquer, 2 scoops aminos, and 1 scoop glycomix kept me going this morning. aiming for 250 carbs today while lowering fats and keeping pro around 180-200

still using conquer pre cardio on non lifting days and have been known to use a few scoops for on the job motivation. my 1 scoopers arent level scoops, always a heaping scoop

did not dose conquer today.....a massive headache today caused a less than productive day. used a non stimmed pwo....
will be back in the gym wednesday afternoon and should be 1.5-1.75 scoops....

legs:
squats-hit 275 for 1, new PR for me but form wasnt my best. then repped 185 for 10, 4 sets close stance.
moved into leg press, worked up to 12 plates, 6 reps every set.
finished with high rep extensions, 70 for 15, 3 sets.....
great workout and used 3 total scoops:
1 upon waking for early morning motivation at work.
2 pwo around 4pm....

tub is almost finished

This! Gotta love PRs, I have been hitting several myself while using Conquer. The clean energy and focus definitely aid in nailing big weight, don't you guys think?

it definately helps....:-)

final review coming soon

final review:

Again i send my gratitude to the Iforce team to be able to provide this review for you kind folks today, i had a great experience while using conquer and set a new squat PR at 275lbs. i was dosing between 1 and 3 scoops depending on what i was doing, i also dosed pre cardio. Conquer provided me with great focus, energy, and great pumps while avoiding any type of crash, upset stomach, ect....the flavor is on par with how much water is being used to mix with and i like a little water so it was semi sweet but yet very delicious and tolerable. here are a few pro/cons:
taste: very delicious, not tart but not too sweet 8/10.....
mixability: mixes perfectly fine and dissolves fairly quick, i use 1/2 a cup of water and never had a problem 10/10
focus: very nice tunnel vision effect while training, kept me going throughout training with no problems 8/10
endurance/strength: always had great workouts but a few low carb days mixed with summer heat and work really dragged me down, conquer allowed me to maintain strength through me sets/reps. 9/10
pumps: again i was low carb so i wasnt always pumped but on refeed days it felt great, i dont strive for big pumps anymore anyways 8/10
energy: like mentioned above, i also dosed pre cardio and had a great session while jumping rope, great sweat with no crash or ill feeling, i like it pre cardio the best 10/10
value:with 60 servings it allows you dose how you see fit, 1 tub could last for 60 workouts which would make it very cost effective, i personally liked 1.5 scoops. 10/10

cons:cant really say there are any cons for me at this time

this prouct was very consistant and never once clumped or crystalized after tub was opened, ive left it in my car a few times and still had solid workouts, i would use this product again in the future and have nothing but great things to say about it.

Thanks IFORCE!
