First Test Cutting Cycle help

I started my cycle off with 40mg a day anavar for 2 weeks now am a week into 60mg when should I start the test e, I'm going to run 250mg every 4 days, I end with test because like I said about two weeks after getting off test I really start growing. I'll run the test for 10 weeks at 500mg a week. And wat is hdrol is it a otc sup or aas

Should've starte the test at the beginning too it doesn't start kickin in until at least the 4th week that's why people run a kickstart

And hdrol is a designer steroid

I would have ran test from the beginning, so id say start now. And you runnin hcg with it? I highly recommend it
 
More update pics! I'm so happy with my results. I feel like a douchebag cause I'm checkin out my abs every chance I get. Haha.

Notice the vascularity in my arm (just chillin at the house), and in my shoulder. I can't believe it.

I can't wait to see some more results when I jump back on ECA and up it to 3 doses per day for the last 2 weeks.

Then for the last week, I'm manipulating my carbs and water intake and gonna look shredded on july 4th. I'm confident that I'm around 8%bf, hoping to caliper around 4% after more fat loss and water manipulation

Bad news... somebody threw away my HCG. It was in the bottom drawer in the fridge and somebody tossed it, but nobody is admitting it. Wtf!?!?

So... I'm stopping my cycle and allowing the test to leave my system. And will start PCT 2 weeks after my last injection (which was 3 days ago). I'm hoping for a solid pct and maybe a libido boost.

Still have to work out a few things, but I have all my PCT supps on hand

Hey pistol what brand of hcg do u use and where do u get it. First week of 500mg of test down and will pin later before my w.o. all the deep cuts and vascalarity I had are already leaving because of water. Sooooooo pissed 500$ for anavar gone!!! But I broke my bench Plato finally at 4 plates

I just get it from the source where I get test. It looks pretty sketchy actually... its all in chinese or somethin. But it definitely worked.
4 plates on each side? That's sick man.
 
So I'm on my final week of cutting. I'm gonna start water and carb manipulation tomorrow in preparation for Friday. Here's what I'm looking at...


Low carbs and high water intake for 4 or 5 days before Friday. Cut out all water 1 day before the "show".

need to fill the liver before optimally loading the muscles, and the carbs in the bloostream will make you vascular.

If someone has a lean body mass of 166lbs the optimal amount of carbs would be around 700g.

One could be simple about this and simply consume that 700g of carbs throughout the loading period.

If one wants to be really anal about it, it could look something like this:

125g of fructose (fruits) at the very beginning of the carb-up period to fill liver glycogen right away.

545g of starchy carbs (potatoes and sweet potatoes being ideal as they are less allergenic than rice, oatmeal, pasta,bread, etc. and will cause less water retention), 500 of those are consumed over the main loading day, roughly 80g for 6 meals.

45g of starchy carbs and 30g of simple sugar are consumed the breakfast of the show or photo shoot.

Keep 30-50g worth of simple sugar handy for backstage if you are flat and are having problems carbing up.

Just fell waaay off my no carb diet. Did great yesterday, but the cravings were too much for me today. 8 cookies, 2 brownies, and a glass of milk. I feel guilty, but oh so satisfied...

Skipped the gym today as well. Eh...

But I'm already brainstorming my next cut cycle. I really want some stupid libido, so maybe prop and masteron? And I wouldn't even need an AI since the masteron has similar qualities, right?

And I keep reading tren logs, but I know that's not recommended for a 2nd cycle.

Overall I've loved my results, and there's been a few things I never mentioned...

My beard has been growing in way more and darker than ever before. I've always been a complete baby face (and still am really) but there is no question I've had more facial hair progress these last couple months than the last 2 years combined.

Libido was pretty ****ty through the whole cycle. Don't really know what's up with that. Maybe I'll get a boost PCT with the supps I'm taking.

Adding in triazole and endosurge turbo with my DAA and clomid PCT. Also bought some cialis just in case I'm having trouble down there. But if all is well... I'm gonna be stupid hard. Haha
 
I enjoyed reading your log man! That's strange your libido wasn't insane high (perhaps higher test next go around) also as long as you have your prolactin ancillaries you should be good to go for tren etc... How is Endosurge turbo?
 
Or I just thought of perhaps your estro was crushed and you had no idea?? Also because of masteron (referring to your next cycle) I'd say you'll be good to go on not using an AI but to still keep one on hand JIC homie

That's quite possible. It wasn't low enough to cause dry joints tho until I added lean xtreme (which causes sore joints from low cortisol). And id definitely keep an AI on hand no matter what.

And I've never tried endosurge pro. Actually never even heard of it before some dude on here offered me some. I did a quick google search and people were raving about it (especially for libido). That, triazole, and daa all work to boost test by different methods so I'm hoping for a great synergistic effect

From your pics you're def not 6%. What is your weight now? Congrats on your progress, but at 6'3 and 185lbs instead of a cut why not bulk? And I saw that you said you put on 50+ lbs of muscle, but I'm sorry to say from your pics that that's not even close to being true.

I'm not here to flame you or talk sht, but I'm 6'2 205lbs and I walk around naturally at 10-11%bf and I wouldn't consider a cut until I put on another 25 lbs at least. So I guess my question is what made you decide on a cut?
 
Maybe a better question would be why did you us AAS to get "cut" when you were already skinny or lean or whatever? A change in your diet would have had the same results I'd imagine without shutting your system down.

But then again maybe not.......

Well everybody has a body that they want... I don't want to be a huge bulky guy. I live at the beach and play basketball, so I wanted to have a nice set of abs and at least a little chest and arms.

So all in all, I want to look how I want... to each his own. When I've cut natural in the past, I've dumped hard earned muscle, so I was afraid to do that again. And I basically did a spring recomp while attempting to just cut

I think my favorite part of my results is having constant veins in my arms. Biceps and forearms always have bulging veins at work. Feel like a beast. Haha

Weighed in today... 182.4. That's the lowest I've weighed in like 4-5 months. Possibly from the test bloat going away?

My triazole and endosurge turbo arrived today. I've already run daa and triazole before and really liked them (especially triazole). Id like to run two of the three and save one for later, but being that I'm damn near falling for this girl I just met... I don't want any libido issues in PCT. I'm gonna stack the hell out of these and see what happens.

I'm also debating how to set up my diet... id really like to keep what I've got... but I doubt that's what's gonna happen.

I'm thinking about lean bulking with some more calories and keeping cardio pretty high. I would like to keep my new muscle and stay pretty damn lean.

Considering changing my rep ranges as well. I think reducing reps a bit and going a little heavier would make it easier to keep muscle. Thoughts?

Prolly overthinking this, but that's how I got this far...

Didn't want to bring it up... but I was actually having trouble keeping an erection for the last few weeks. Porn didn't even do it for me. I just didn't seem to be mentally or physically stimulated.
Could have something to do with this girl I met (whom I haven't slept with... YET), but could be any of the million supps I've been taking. I've had some of the hardest erections of my life this week. Either way, I'm happy. Hoping to maintain this during pct

Weighed in at 180.2 this morning. That's the lowest in a long time. Hope its not muscle loss

Hit the gym hard today. Was feeling really tired, but I forced myself to go and I'm glad I did.

Legs... its what's for dinner

Squats: 275 x 8 (possibly a pr), 7, 6

Leg press machine (not actual leg press): 350 x 10, 8, 8

Romanian deadlifts: 135 x 12, 155 x 10, 155 x 10

Leg extensions: 130 x 11, 9, 8 (drop set with 90 til failure)

Good workout today

Now its party time!
 
Just as bad and less results in my opinion.

Yes and no, hdrol is def better on a bulk. But recomp or cut is Winny all the way. Plus strength and hardening are far better

A little update...

Started PCT Monday. Feeling pretty good so far, but a combination of working out and working in the heat all day has left me feeling pretty tired. I've skipped the gym quite a few times lately, but I feel like I've needed it.

Diet has been okay. Still eating a clean breakfast, minimal damage at lunch, maybe a snack after work, and a solid dinner. Not too shabby.

I've been popping pills all damn day. Clomid at 100mg/day, lean xtreme at 3/day, daa at 4 caps/day, endosurge turbo at 6 caps/day, and triazole at 3 caps/ day.

Had a few random ass boners lately so that's a good sign. Popped a hard one on the way to work with my boys yesterday, didn't get out of the car to get a drink like I do every day... said I wasn't thirsty but I was. Haha
