Down 5lbs in the past three days. This is my last push for the summer to get as much fat off as possible. The next 6-8 weeks should be pretty intense. I don't expect to remain above 180 for much longer.

Only PX Black for now. I'm considering the BCAA when I run out of my current Amino. We shall see
I am a really big fan of PXB. It did me pretty solid and I should be grabbing another bottle around the middle of this month.
I'm also a big fan of the BCAA/SAA. The apple fusion tastes really good (a little earthy) and mixes well (gonna try a new flavor for my next tub). I've noticed a decrease in time required for recovery as well.

First and foremost, happy Father's Day to all of you that it applies to. Hopefully you get to enjoy the day with your children, or whatever children you happen to be raising. Luckily, I get to spend some time with my old man down here in California and cook him some food that I'm not eating. It's challenging but it'll be worth it in a few weeks.
