I'm tellin ya, srs bznss for the next 10 weeks. HOWEVER; on refeed days there's a pizza joint here that has big, fluffy crust that one is encouraged to put honey on. Yesssss.

For sure. Typically only for refeeds, but there are so many options...so many carbs.

This is where I'm at, non training day, 1 pro/fat meal left before bed. Still not enough fat, IMO.

Maybe it's the cynic in me, but I was reading through a bunch of logs here at AM this morning, and there *seems* to be an extraordinary amount of BS.

Of course this applies to nobody ITT, as I think every one of us posts vids. However, when I see people posting what appear to be outrageous numbers for their size, a few uninspiring pics, yet zero vid, I think it's only normal to question it inwardly. I'm not going to call anyone out in their threads, obviously, just more of a casual observation.

It's also possible that I'm just an a$$hole.

I think the same thing. I like when someone asks them to post vids and they always "forget". Oh well, as long as it helps them sleep at night.

I just took it easy today; the way the new programming is set up, this week is an EXACT replica of last, so I just got reacquainted with the gym, worked up a good sweat and loosened up.

Well I tried out my buddy's week 1 last week, and it's identical to my week 1 this week. Rep deads, me bench, exp squats. I imagine he starts all programs the same then adjusts as weaknesses show up.

So tomorrow is supposed to be ME floor press, and I will do those but I'll probably add chains and slingshot to mix it up.

However...SSB is SO AWESOME. I'm excited to squat again Friday.
 
Big man, when you floor press, bring your knees up and put your feet flat on the floor. You don't push with them but it will give you more stability than what you had the last time I saw you doing them straight legged.

If I can get 50g pro & 23g fat, it'll be perfect.

Even with training I've been satiated with the higher fat during the day, and honestly I don't even notice the low-ish carbs. 100g net is a pretty good spot for me.

Damnnnnn barely any carbs man. I sat at 550 yesterday, 330 today, even less tomorrow. Bleh. Screw this stuff lol

Man when I go over 200g with no training window, I go straight to **** in terms of energy, and I just don't feel "good". I'm sure my high bf% is very instrumental in my energy staying up with fewer carbs.

I'll revisit when I'm 15%. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Higher fat is not affecting my weight negatively at all. Was 287 this morning, so I should be able to drop to 284 by Sunday's refeed. I'm recovering well and am never hungry, so I think for now macros are dead on. All I need now is some tren e, right AZGandalf? ;)

Oh yeah I'm just f'ng around. I fear the tren...I'm still a babe in the woods when it comes to that stuff. M1T/4AD sums up my non TRT cycle experience...I'm not near enough my genetic ceiling to f.ck with that.
