Winsteads Nutrition Info

Anyone have nutrition info for Winsteads? Anyone good enough at this to guess? Ate there last night thinking it would be in myfitnesspal and found out the hard way it wasn't. What kind of joint doesn't release nutrition info? Guess I won't be eating there again.

No offense, but you're over thinking this. Was it a cheat meal? If so, who cares, enjoy it. If you're that concerned over a cheat meal, skip a meal or two in that day to help account for it. Also, do you really think that the nutritional info on the site is accurate? A chef or cook does not not measure every little thing out. Honestly, if a joint did that, I would not eat there. It means they pre packaged it and are more than likely re heating it. I'd rather go to a place that does not list nuritional info. If you still want to know, look at the menu online before you go. Decide what you're going to get, and figure out roughly what the macros would be.

That's a good point. I've only been trying to count for 4 days so I'm definitely not good at it yet. BF is getting out of control getting up over 20%. So far I've learned I eat a hell of a lot more than I thought I did.

Are you using a scale to measure out food? I know it might seem like a lot of effort at first, but it doesn't add too much time to your day to do so. You would be surprised how hard it is to eye food and get a correct portion. I can pretty much eye stuff now and be in the right ballpark. One of the foods I was really over measuring was peanut butter. You'd be surprised how much 2 tablespoons (one serving) really looks like.

Haven't got that far yet but it is in the plans. I need to find a decent scald that people recommend. I measure the things I can with measuring spoons and cups. Haven't weighed anything yet.
