Hey guys, I'm planning to do my first cycle. I'm planning on doing test. Cyp. But first some stats. I weight 175 and am 8.6% bf. My goal is to compete next spring. I have been lifting for 3 years very hard. I'm 21 years old. So for the cycle I was going to do 250 mg. Twice a week for 10 weeks. During the cycle I am also going to do 250 mg of HCG every 3 days for the entire cycle. last im going to take milk thistle just incase for my liver. For PCT I was going to do 40/40/20/20/10 of liquid tamox. Is there any thing I need to change or add?
