Right now its my off season and I'm on a 5 day split. Monday legs, Tuesday chest and tris, Wednesday back and biceps, Thursday off, Friday shoulder, Saturday arms and then Sunday off. I tend to focus more towards the hypertrophy type of training and lots of constant tension type movements. Right now I'm weighing 211lb in my off season
Right now its consists on my multi vitamin and cla in the morning and then a weight gainer at like mid day and the whey protein and karbolyn for post workout with creatine. And then casein at night before bed sometimes. Nothin fancy. Just the basics
Wish I would've looked like that at 17. I'm 19 now and just decided to do my first clean bulk. Currently I'm at about 148-150 depending, 5'6", and 12% bf. Plan to get to 175-185 then cut in January for next spring and summer.
Great work though man, definitely have better genetics than I do! You've got tons of potential already!
