So your stats say you squat and DL only alil over 100lbs and you wanna start a bodybuilding religion? Sounds like if you have that much time on your hands it would be better spent lifting IMO. Haha

I haven't updated my states they've been there since I was 16 im 22 now lol I really should fix that up but, if you wanna know rack up 3 of the 20 kg plates each side for full range of motion tgi and there you have it
