Blood test results. Good to go?

yeah you were pretty clear on that part as well (for me), stating that you are basically being prescribed a mild cycle by an anti-aging clinic, and anti-aging clinics are not proper doctors prescribing proper amounts of testosterone....but some might misinterpret what you posted and think otherwise. Its hard to be clear on the internet.

OP in response to your question, the lower your bf the better, I hate feeling like I look bloated while on cause my bf should have been a little lower before starting.
 
29 in October.

My initial cycle was put together after reading Anabolics by William Llewellyns which from what I reviewed is pretty solid information regarding gear in general. I see most first cycles between 250-500, I was leaning on the 250 side just to prevent too many side effects and just to get a feel for what cycling is like. I've been training for about 6 years, tracking macros, etc. I'm probably about 9 pounds heavier than my avatar since it was taken during a mock pre-contest diet. My stuff is 300mg/ml but from what I've read there's a little waste, otherwise I could potentially run at 300 a week for 10 weeks.

No offense but 523 Test level is kind of low at your age, I mean it's not totally unusual but it is low IMO. At 26 you should be at 800, by 40 most men are down to 500. I'm at 502 and I 43 when I'm off cycle. I'm on HCG now and I pin 1,000 ius every three days and on the day I need to pin after three days of not pinning, I'm at 656.

Yea I tested in the Normal-Low range according to the TRT clinic I went to. I was hoping he would help me out there but no luck.

I didn't think anyone other than doctors licensed to rx medicine could prescribe medication.

No, I've never cycled before. On one of the guys from Optimum lives a few miles from me and that was taken during a mock contest prep cycle nearing depletion weeks. I'm trying to compete next year but at almost 6'5" it's a pain in the ass putting size on so I've been looking into cycling.

Yeah I think that if you walked into the average doctors office, asked for trt, took off your shirt and you looked like that they would throw you out of the office..

Maybe he just has a really good diet and trains religiously with a good routine. I think so many people cycle anymore before even getting near a natty limit its easy to forget what is possible with a solid diet and training.

I'm 43 now and I eat better and do more cardio than when I was 23 and I looked way better at 23 than I do now. At 23 I did no cardio at all. I just weight trained and ate as much as I could; but did eat alot of white carbs and usually had some Nutella Chocolate bread spread after dinner and I was 8.5% body fat. Today I religiously follow my macros, stay off all sweets, dont even use suger in my coffee, do waking cardio 35 minutes at 115 heart rate 4-5 times per week, weight train and now I have added AAS, Clen and T-3 and the lowest I got was 10.7% body fat. So I do cardio today just to be fat. Something is not right.

No. The TRT Doctor said if I really wanted to we could test my free levels, but I opted not to because he didn't seem like he was budging on his stance. When I first started working out I was about 320lbs at atleast 25-30% body fat so I started out pretty big, not sure if that has any effect.

Same here it's funny when I was in my early 20's I could eat whatever junk I wanted, work out like an animal never getting injuries and looked great!! Once you hit 40 it dosen't come so easy you have to work a lot harder than you ever did in your youth..As you get older tightening up your diet becomes alot more important..IMO

I see a lot of people wanting to jump start on cycling before they nail their diet down, which I think is the hardest part of it. I train 6 days a week and everything I eat is weighed and logged so I can hit my macros pretty consistently, except for on Saturday.

The source I have is 300mg/Ml so I think I'll just run 300mg at 10 weeks. With proper PCT, which I was thinking of just doing Nolva at 100/100/50/50, I should see very mild effects with such a low dose of ethanate? Or does the amount and severity of sides not correlate much?

Yeah the sides generally relate to the dosage, why are you nolva dosages so high?

Oops, typo.

This is the PCT that the book recommends. I was thinking of just doing the nolva though and not Clomid based off some suggestions from others. So it would the be the Test @ 300mg weeks 1-10 along with HCG @ 2000IU every other day.

PCT Initiated 2 weeks after last injection:
HCG @ 2000IU every other day for 20 days.
Clomiphene Citrate 50mg twice per day for 30 days. <----Would drop this from PCT
Tamoxifen Citrate 20mg twice per day for 45 days.
 
There was a big debate on another thread about that type of pct vs the traditional thought of don't use hcg during pct. It is an interesting idea, I kind of want to try it.

That`s not really correct.

Every person is different.

And nowadays,it`s more likely for young persons to have lower test levels.

I understand that every person is different, just like every person has a different hieight, and penis size and I.Q. but there is an average/mean. The average height in the US is 5'10" (use to be 5'9" up until about 6 years ago), average penis size is 6" and average IQ is 120. The average Total test of a 20 something year old is 800; but I do agree that for some reason young people's test are lower now-a-days. I have a conspiracy theory on that; but did you know that the Floride in the water in the US makes you docile? I'm sure there is tuff in our food or in the immunization shots or something that is causing this. The only non-conspiracy answer is genetics. Women are choosing more effeminate guys to walk over, especially white women. Thats why white women hate me, I dont take their crap and I make it clear I'm the man; but I also am very affectionate, kind of the father figure. If a woman has Daddy issues, they love me, if they dont and they are the typical modern white woman they hate me.
