Men's Physique bodyfat percentage

Hey guys, does anyone kno what percentage bodyfat most competitors of Men's physique have during contest? Looking at doing my first one and trying to see how far out I am.

Depends what the judges want that day. No more than 8% I'd say depending on the sanctioning org.

I've seen some guys on the lower end win. Just depends on what the judges like.

It must be insanely difficult to get down to that low a level of bodyfat. I mean 3.5% WOW
