Kerns and Endurance BCAA's

Day 1: May 26[SUP]th[/SUP]
Jump Squats: 2 sets x 6 reps holding 10lbs DB
Dead lifts: 205lbs x 5 reps; 225lbs x 6 reps
45 Degree Back Raises BW only: 2 sets x 10 reps
MB Twist: 20lbs MB 2 sets x 10 reps
Battle Ropes: 4 sets for 30 seconds each
30 Min Cardio: 10 min each; Bike, Elliptical, Rope
As soon as I opened the container I knew this product was goingto be delicious. I will have pics following later this week as to the productin the container and once it’s mixed. I almost want to compare it to a orangedreamsicle.

After taking Edurance BCAA's I have noticed a difference in my workout performance. I have more stamina and "endurance" than the previous days without it. And I can't get enough of the awesome flavor ORANGE!

Pyramid Pull-Ups: Pull-Ups 2-8-2; Chin-Ups 2-8-2; Close Hand 2-8-2; Wide Arm 2-8-2

Pyramid Push-Ups: Regular 2-12-2; Diamond 2-10-2; Dive Bomber 2-10-2; Wide Arm 2-10-2

Abdominal: 30 Half Sit-ups; 30 Crunches; 30 Obliques; 30 Side Crunches; 120 Flutterkicks; 30 Leg Raises; 60 Twist

Timed 2 Mile Run: 14:00 minutes

Empty Barbell Curls: 100 reps

Core Circuit x 1 set

Toe Touches x 20 reps

Bicycle x 20 reps each side

Side Plank 30 sec on each side

Elipitical Run 20 mins

Cycle 30 mins

You are going to kick ass brother. Are you going to be able to take your BCAA's during the course? Man, those would sure help keep your gains through that rigorous army craziness

That was a staple of mine, BCAA and pre workouts. Every one wondered why I always had energy.

I wish endurance was out then and wish I knew then what I know now about supplements.

Yeah just prepping myself for EFMB June 2nd to June 14th.

How did you do? Were you able to get your results immediately? I figure they a have machine to grade the test portion on site but was not sure if it was multiple choice or hand written.

Ok everyone sorry for the long gap. I have been training I had to lay off the shops for a little while docs orders. I had an ulcer develop in my stomach. I am back and ready to finish strong with this awesome support.

Thanks and yes I was deemed anemic due to the ulcers but they have healed and my energy levels are back to normal

that sucks dude, my dad had some terrible bleeding ulcers recently and actually almost died as a result of the bleeding
 
September 4 th

Ruck run for 5 miles with 40 lbs ruck for a total time of 1 hour.

Bench press: 3 warm up sets@ 135 lbs. Followed up with 3 more sets@ 200 lbs with 6-10 reps.

Incline flyes: 2 sets@ 45lbs DB 10-12 reps.

Straight arm overhead pullover: 2 sets@ 50lbs DB.

Dips: 3 sets BW 10-15 reps

Skullcrushers: 3 sets 10-12 @ 60lbs curlbar.
