So I went to help out at wrestling practice yesterday and decided to hit a scoop of flood. I actually had a lot of energy... And needed it! Considering I haven't wrestled in a good 5 years. It Had me sweating like a pig. I will probably go with 1/2 a scoop if I ever use it again but it did not have my heart rate elevated. Just good energy and focus with a ton of sweat! Nice to have a versatile pre like this!

My problem is that I don't keep a log or anything of my workouts. I am gonna start doing that along with my diet and I'll be set lol!
