First Test Cutting Cycle help

Haven't taken aromasin in 2 weeks, so bloat is full blown if there is any. Haven't noticed any difference in libido or acne or anything since I stopped taking it, so I think I'll start it again just to reduce bloat.

Last day of week 6, so I'm halfway through my cut. Haven't seen the fat loss I was looking for, but I've definitely lost some. Tested my BF with calipers and it said 11%, so I'm getting there.
I have a great 4 pack going, and I'm starting to see the bottom of the 6. If I pull my skin downward, the 6 pack looks great. Vascularity is getting better as well. Saw a little vein in my front delt today, so that's a new one.
Strength has been good. I set 2 new PRs yesterday during my push/pull day. Benched 185 x 8, and did 13 chin ups after 3 sets of low rows.
I've had a few crappy nights of sleep (prolly the h drol), but I've slept great for the most part. Things are going good, but id like to accelerate my fat loss.
Been taking aromasin again, considering throwing in some erase to really cut estro and lean out. Might save that for the last couple weeks.
Took this week (6) off from ECA. Getting on again again for weeks 7 and 8, off for weeks 9 and 10. Then running 3 doses a day for weeks 11 and 12. Gonna hop on lean xtreme for the last 4 weeks too.
Expecting great results soon.

Upping my dose to 600mg test per week. This will allow me to use all but 1ml in my 25ml vial.

I'm not sure, as I feel pretty normal... but libido has been high lately. Been jerkin more than normal, so maybe the test is finally kicking in.

Had some random dude at the gym compliment my physique... and he was in really good shape himself. Don't think he was hitting on me... but either way a compliment is always nice. Haha.

Oh damn. Sorry to hear that man. U takin an AI? And what week are you on now?
I haven't experienced any sides really. Definitely had really oily skin at first, but even that seems lesser now. I had some bacne, but I bought a scrubber brush and put Head and Shoulders on it and that killed the bacteria.

Yeah I was using Forma but gonna jump on some real sh*t (aromasin/letro) I'm ending week 3. Diets in check but work has been killing my work Outs but the weight is still coming off. Gonna run 16wks sides permitting... :-/

Oh that's cool. I hope it kicks in sooner for you. It has been torture waiting this long.
But actually I forgot, my blood pressure was 150/70 the other day. Bought some hawthorne berry extract and been taking that, and it was 138/68. Gonna keep at it and see if it will go even lower

Yeah that hawthorn berry works really well. I say stay on it till the end of your cycle!
 
When I run a test cutting cycle I don't see results till 2 weeks after I finish the cycle, then for weeks I notice a lot of diffence almost like I loaded it for 8-10 weeks and then it started working. Anyone know why I would only see results when I stop using/????

Sounds like a really long ester or something. Idk. I was reading that cyp doesn't "kick in" til like week 7-8 for a lot of people, even though its "supposed" to kick in like 4-5. I'm still not sure mine has really kicked in and I'm pretty deep into my cycle. But I've already lost a lot of fat and hopefully I'll enjoy continued loss after my last pin.
 
Had a killer workout today. Really busted ass on legs cause I wanted to "earn" my cheat meal today.

Squats: 245 x 10, 8, 8 (nice and deep)
Leg press 405 x 10, 10, 8
Smith reverse lunges? 115 x 9, 8, 6
Leg extensions: 90 x 10, 8, 7 (nice and slow)
Leg curls: 100 x 12, 10, 9

Legs were fried. Those smith lunges were rough.

Then I've been dreamin about a chocolate milkshake for weeks... so I got a big one and it was fantastic. Back to dieting

I'm looking at things to add to my PCT.

I'm planning

clomid: 100/100/50/50

SNS DAA Caps: for test production

Creatine mono: for strength and endurance

Beta alanine (carnosyn): for endurance

Nutriguard Potassium Nitrate: for great pump and workout intensity

I think those alone will do well to keep workout intensity up, but I was thinking about adding the triazole/ activate xtreme stack for more test production and libido. Think this is overkill?
 
And I just checked my bodyfat % (with calipers) and it said 8-9%. Checked it 3 times and it said 8, 8, and 9 respectively.
Even checked my suprailiac (spelling) and its way down from before. I really thought I was closer to 10%, but I won't argue with the measurements. Either way, this means I've lost a significant amount of fat and I've only lost 1.4 lbs since day 1. Recomping all day!

I'm thinking the addition of triazole would be good for blocking cort. Other than that, should be g2g
 
Well gentlemen... I fell off my diet real hard last night. I grabbed some mcdonalds on the way to a party and didn't drink or anything for like 2 hours. Then I met some beautiful girl... and I just had to get a few drinks in me to loosen up.
She ended up leaving, and I was stuck there drunk as ****... it was no good. Not only did I fall off my diet, but I drank while taking orals... stupid idea.

So I got it out of my system, and I'm back on the diet

Hey at least you learned something, probably not a good idea to put yourself into those types of situations unless you know for a fact you can handle it! You'll bounce back

True. I typically have incredible willpower when it comes to these things. But that girl...
 
Couple things...

I won a trial tub of Game Day by Man Sports, so lookin forward to reviewing that soon.

And I went back to my friends house for another party. I didn't drink a drop and stood out like a sore thumb. I sat on the couch eating whole wheat hamburger helper like a loser. Haha. It was okay tho, but everybody kept making a big deal out of it (like they always do).

Then we went to the bar (sober as hell), and stayed there for a couple hours. Some cute drunk girl was all over me and feelin on my abs and **** (awesome). We ended up makin out and whatnot. Point being... it was nice to get a little female attention for once. Haha

Hoping to continue pulling girls for the rest of the summer. We'll see.
 
Update:

Quit my job at the gym, and started my new job today as an industrial plumbers helper. I work with 3 of my best friends so work was pretty cool until the accident...

The boss asked me to help him carry a bath tub, and I ****ed my back up soooo bad. It wasn't even that heavy, but I just wrenched it somehow. Its like my middle back on my left side. It hurts so bad when I walk or sit, and it hurts if I take a deep breath.

I finished the last hour of work and went home. Took a bunch of pain pills and took a nap. It still feels horrible, but its okay if I lay still.

I'm so pissee cause I couldn't lift today, and I'm worried I'm gonna be useless at work tomorrow. Gotta try somethin...
 
Damn man that sux having back injuries. Does it hurt if you push on one or two ribs in that area? If so you may have a rib out of place. Either way ice that area. Try to go to a chiropractor if you can.

I think its a muscle. It only hurts when I use my core to stabalize myself (which is way more than I realized). Its a sharp pain close to my spine, and totally on the left side. Right side is fine. If I lay on my side and totally relax my muscles... painless. If I stand perfectly straight up, its not too bad, but trying to get to that straight up position is really painful. Either way, gonna try ice, maybe bengay afterwards. And thanks for the advice!
 
Woke up in terrible pain, but I decided I was going to work anyways. Popped a couple vicodin (which didn't help as much as I thought they would) and toughed it out. Wore my weightlifting belt all day and it was a big help.

Was worn out from work, but I couldn't skip the gym again. So I went and did arms and cardio.

I was feelin ballzy, so I rocked a tight wife beater to the gym. I was lookin phuckin swoll! Popped some potassium nitrate to get my pump on... holy hell.

Veins were unbelievable. Everybody was kept glancing over at me while I was curling. Like 3 girls came over to workout next to me (coincidence?).

A combination of getting leaner, test, hdrol, PN... it was a sick workout.

Followed it up with 20 mins of steady state cardio.

And check this out... this is my first cycle ever, and one of my boys started when I did (his first cycle as well). We got the same **** from the same source. He just bailed on his cycle after like 7 weeks cause he didn't feel anything. I gotta say... I don't "feel" any different either. I've made some great progress, but I'm thinkin that might be from the helladrol.
Libido has been normal, balls haven't shrunk at all (also taking HCG but still). You think the test is real or fake? Any way to tell other than bloodwork?

My focus has been off lately. Been concentrated on my new job and haven't properly prepared my meals and stuff. And my back has been messed up, so gym visits are scarce. Might go do some legs and avoid squats for my backs sake
 
Week 9 Day 3-

Went on a double date with "that girl" from last weekend. Not the one I made out with Saturday, but the one I wanted to impress Friday night.
Had a great time (pizza hut, and a couple beers), and we ended up makin out and spent the night together. This is the first time in a long time that I really liked a girl... and she actually liked me back. Haha.
She mentioned how muscular I am and how big my arms are (great things to hear).

Basically... all my hard work in the gym and in the kitchen is finally paying off. On cloud 9 right now. Gonna hit the gym today and do some chest since my back is hurting
 
Tested my body fat this morning... said 6%! I think that's a lil lower than it really is, but I feel confident that I'm under 10%. I have been crazy vascular all the time. Veins are all over my forearms even just sittin there.
Really seein the veins running down my pelvis. I'm so stoked with my results. I've never been this lean and I still have 3.5 weeks of cutting left. I've had some really bad cheat meals lately and I still look incredible. All this fat loss, and I've only lost 1 lb in body weight!

I was on test cyp at 400mg per week, but upped it to 600 for the last 5 weeks (1.5 left to go). Helladrol at 75mg/day, going up to 100 for the last week. Aromasin at 6.25mg/day. And cycle assist of course.

Cycling ECA stack at 2 doses per day for 2 weeks on, 2 off. Lean Xtreme at 3 caps per day.

I think that's it. I'm poppin some kind of pills all day.

And I've been pinning quads one week, glutes one week

I think it was a combination... think the hella has done great things for vascularity and hardness tho
