Chin-ups:
12 reps

Standing DB Military Press: 2 sets x 15 reps @ 50 lbs

Empty Barbell Curls: 100 reps

Core Circuit x 1 set

Toe Touches x 20 reps

Bicycle x 20 reps each side

Side Plank 30 sec on each side

Elipitical Run 20 mins

Cycle 30 mins
 
Day 18:

Love the 100 reps! I don't think I have patience or stamina for that
 
I surprised myself about 35 reps in my biceps were on fire and I didn't think I could do it. BUT I DID!

Nice, dude! Way to push!!! I might try these today as a burnout

Pyramid Pull-Ups: Pull-Ups 2-8-2; Chin-Ups 2-8-2; Close Hand 2-8-2; Wide Arm 2-8-2

Pyramid Push-Ups: Regular 2-12-2; Diamond 2-10-2; Dive Bomber 2-10-2; Wide Arm 2-10-2

Abdominal: 30 Half Sit-ups; 30 Crunches; 30 Obliques; 30 Side Crunches; 120 Flutterkicks; 30 Leg Raises; 60 Twist
