Lol. I've probably had at least 30+ different flavors.

Like the idea of soft serve, but not the mess. That is one thing about this recipe that is great.. all mess is contained - very easy clean up.

Yup, I just dump the remaining ice in the sink and throw away the bags. You can easily make soft serve in a bag as well.

I personally like the addition of some GY. It makes it smoother and creamier when I make my ice cream.

Correct. Just keep an eye on it has it starts to freeze. If it freezes more than you'd like, you could "massage" it and/or let it thaw for a minute. I go with soft serve about 25% of the time. I actually might have a picture of some in this log. Either way, I'll post one next time I make it.

Same here. It makes the finished product less "ice" and more "cream". Taking the bag out and massaging before completely frozen has helped the consistency when using just almond milk.

It was a beautiful morning to do some HIIT. My time was limited, but I got a decent amount of work in.

Thanks. I'm still not a big fan of any cardio (besides sports) and splitting it up makes it much more enjoyable for me. When I get bored with one approach, it's time to move on.
 
I ran shuttles on a basketball court last week, I think, and it was a pretty lonely feeling. I bet running shuttles on a football field is even more lonely. I'm sure you get a lot of strange looks too, like you're playing football or soccer all by yourself.

Haha I had some looks and plenty of company. There was a maintenance crew cutting the grass outside the track and then a photography class came outside and started taking pictures. It was pretty awkward lol.

Love the turf if I can get on it. Always something scheduled where I don't have access to it. Played on flag football team 2 years ago on turf field. A lot of fun.

There always ends up being soccer games on the weekend and I have to stick with hill sprints. That sounds like a great time. I've never played in a league before.
 
I have a huge carb up planned for today. After getting a few of them under my belt, I'm figuring out what works best for me. My first carb up was about 500g of mostly low GI carbs. I had a headache the majority of the day and wasn't too happy with how I looked the following day. With quite a bit more high GI carbs and more carbs in general, I've been headache free and my muscle fullness has been much better.

Gluten free pancakes with Cookie Butter/Walden Farms syrup and grilled chicken (need to hit protein target). I used the WF calorie free syrup to make room for more food later in the day and it was actually pretty good.

The rest of my day will include Talenti gelato, pop tarts, chicken quesadillas, pasta w/grilled chicken, and probably some ice cream. I'll end up consuming about 700g carbs and 500 calories over maintenance.
 
Gotta love those carb up days :D.

Yes you do :D. It didn't take much to make my meal. 2.5 tbsp was enough to coat each pancake pretty good.

-I had my full “pain face” going by about the 7th over and back and everything following was a huge battle. The spider crawls started with my hands stretched the width of the door, but they slowly crept in as I went along. What bands are you using for these spider crawls that I've been meaning to try?

It's just an old band that I've had for years. I'd check out EliteFTS if you're looking for some.

Edit: there's actually a sale on bands currently.

I have been at the track when the rugby / soccer / football teams come out to practise. Coaches don't seem to mind though if i just stick to the track. Funny how many of them cannot run laps! And then of course you get the ones who blow past you like your standing still...

There's always someone that drops way behind the pack. It's been official games each time that I've shown up on the weekend. I'd probably use the track if it was just practice.

I have never seen pancakes and grilled chicken on the same plate! You are an innovator my friend lol...

Haha I think I've combined them once before. Chicken (usually fried) and waffles is fairly common in much of the US.

No... where they sell them won't ship to Canada. And the retail outlets here don't carry them yet.I have PB/J x 2, cin bun, banana muffin, apple pie x 2 coming.

PB cups were excellent.. surprised actually.

Glad to hear it. I think I'll get some tomorrow. My OxyELITE Protein should be here in the next couple days and I'm planning on making ice cream with both.

Should be fantastic. Both flavors are creamy in water, so it should make a mean ice cream (I got Vanilla Ice Cream). Next time I get a box, I could send you one if you'd like.

After following this log I had to try the CCCD myself. Microwaved 10 seconds and it's like a fresh from the oven cookie, hard not to eat the whole box.
Anyways I don't know what is and isn't allowed to be said in terms of other online retailers but I got 2 boxes shipped across the border to me. It wasn't inexpensive but I got them
