Thoughts on my possible PCT ?

I'm running a 12 week cycle of test prop and 6 weeks of Winn with epistane for my pre contest. Anyway 2 weeks in and so far so good with my cycle so far. My question regarding pct is would it be sufficient to run exemastane with clomid ? Would this be a sufficient pct ? I do also have nolva on hand as well but thought the clomid with the exemastane would be a better combo. As for hcg I will have to do without this cycle. Couldn't get my hands on it. So what are your guys thoughts ?
 
If any one is wondering my dosages for my cycle they are:
Weeks 1-12 : test prop-100 mg eod
week 6-12 : Winn 50 mg Ed (injection)
Weeks 6-12 : epi at 30 mg a day ( might drop if my joins dry up too much)
 
Also I always seem to have teribble estrogen rebound on my previous cycles so I'm holding the exemestane will help with that as well. I also have some 11 sterone from past cycles. Should I low dose it during my pct to help with cortisol or will adding a mild prohormone just hinder recovery ?

Lol the winny injections don't bother me a bit. The test prop seems to get me. Always sore the next day. Never sore from Winn.

I would use the AI (aromasin or adex) during cycle. I strongly feel that PCT is easier and more effective if estrogen is already under control when entering PCT, rather than trying to fix your estrogen problems while simultaneously combating your crashing test levels.

Then you can use an OTC AI like formasurge or Erase with your clomid during pct. I would also add a natty test booster along with some support supps.
 
I have epistane in my cycle to help bring out a dryer appearance as I come closer to my show. Do you think I should drop the epi and run the exemastane for the rest of the cycle instead? Which one do you think would block the estrogen better to bring out a more dryer vascular appearance? I know epi is not an ai.
 
Okay so should I drop the epi and run the aromasin throughout the rest of my cycle? And what dose would you guys recommend to get the best out of it ?

If I drop the epi as of right now and begin the aromasin will it prevent any estrogen rebound from the epi after being on for a while ? I know it's a stupid question and the aromasin should prevent any rebound from stopping the epi but I just want to reassure myself ? :)

Yes it will. Aren't u still on cycle?
 
Yup 2 wedks in but havnt yet started the aromasin yet. I should have it within 10 days so il just keep with the epi until my package comes.
 
Yeah I know ur right. I wasn't too worried about havering it right away for I never had to use an ai in the past. I just decided to try runnima a ai just for the extra hardening affects.

I mean if u don't need an AI while running that dose of test then that's fine. Only u know your body. Aromasin will dry u out though which is what u want.
 
No not at the moment. I'm looking into what would be best. I've tried OTC in the past like expell but wasn't to impressed. Any recommendations?
 
HCTZ is excellent when used properly and in moderation. A very useful product/drug.

Those who aren't educated on Lasix and aren't using it for top level BB (or medical) purposes should stay the hell away.

My EX-Trainer/Mentor almost killed me on HCTZ my last show, its sad I was so ill-advised and I really looked up to the guy.

Your right, diuretics can be deadly. But I've also managed my water and sodium to such an extent before that low dose hctz had no effect.

That's what's up. Funny thing I know how to manipulate both aspects properly but I listened to a supposed "guru" despite my own knowledge which greatly surpasses his and he's older and has been competing longer than me.
 
I guess gurus can be dangerous. Some guys can't help but advise something just because they've done it. Well, I've done some sh|t that isn't exactly advisable.

Same here but I've never advised anyone to do some of the things I've done. I wasn't even holding any water in the first place. Let's just say I should've taken 25% of what I did.
 
Sucks that it happened, but its good info to share to caution others.

Solid advice for new compounds/drugs:
Start slow and increase incrementally to access tolerance and reaction.

Yep especially diuretics, unless u want your heart to stop.
