Reese Peanut Butter Shake

Here's a recipe for a bulking shake for all us Reese Peanut Butter lovers:

2 scoops NLA chocolate eclair Recovery Protein
2 tbsp Natural PB
1 cup Rolled Oats

Add 8 oz water or enough for desired consistency. Tastes just like a Reese PB cup. Enjoy.
 
How do you find the natural PB holds up in the shake? Does it settle?

No settling, but I drink it down within 5 mins of making it. I use a blender and the shake is thick and creamy.
 
U want some serios reeses cups shake and no fat, buy some peanut powder (basically peanut without fats u can get it at nutraplanet)
Do 2 scoops chocolate protein
500ml skim milk
4tbsp peanut powder
Shake thoroughly
its about 660 cals
86g protein
64g carbs
9g fat
Tastes heavenly! !

peanut powder???? definitely in on that. how many servs?
 
The one u get at nutraplanet.com is about 32 servings if im not mistaken.
 
I'd hoard them.. when I use pb on my shakes makes me not want to use pb on my shakes, powder would fix that prob, cause of the sticky mess regular creates in a blender.
 
Huge fan of the PB Powder. Add it to my shakes all the time. Especially the iForce Chocolate Truffle protean. During the summer I like to put it in the freezer so it solidifies a little, chocolate PB ice cream! BOOM!
