I almost grabbed crunchy. I'm doing keto too brother. With 6g of fat and 8g carbs per serving why couldn't you fit it in? I could even find room for a serving on low carb days as well.
If you don't have Trader Joes, then probably not. It's they're own product.

The problem is only having 1 serving. And right now I'm in love with the Quest Cravings PB cups... Choosing sucks bigtime.. Besides from Quest's I only get carbs from veggies really.

Thanks man. The shaker bottles are awesome. I leave for the gym with OEP in the funnel, V-1, C20, AP, PowerFULL, and ABE in the pill compartment, and MBCAA+ in the powder container. :thumbsup:

Yep! I use them fairly regularly a well. Although, recently I've found they don't hold enough water to dilute the new MBCAA+ so I have to use a gallon jug now.
2 scoops? I like the flavor of 2 with pretty much a full shaker of water. I usually keep refilling it though.

I don't really have a target, but it usually ends up somewhere between 270-350g.
