Thanks wasme. It's from Trader Joes and has a gingerbread taste to it. I just changed the rest of my food intake for the day so I can have more haha.

Working hard I see. Hopefully, the Leafs fans are right.

-Swithced things up from the last 2 weeks. The decline was different and I stuck with a weight that I could maintain for 4 sets and still have a couple reps left in the tank.

-Used fat bar for a slight change and added weight each set as opposed to keeping it the same througout.

Final set: I should’ve recorded an earlier set because my explosiveness wasn’t very good. I may only work up to 185 next week, depending on how it feels.

Thanks fumoney. They're pretty good towards the end of a chest workout. Adding the stretching between sets was great as well. I could really feel my chest fill up with blood as I did it.

I highly recommend the cookie butter (just had more). It'd been a while since I had some, but DW mentioned it and I caved lol. The macros/ingredients actually aren't bad anyways.

Not too many details about my diet. Mainly a training log/ status log. down about 12lbs.. No noticeable strength losses. As far as the keto goes... I'm about ~300p/~250f/ less than 50c with Alphamine, vanillean, and recompadrol once a day with my meal containing the most carbs.

I almost grabbed crunchy. I'm doing keto too brother. With 6g of fat and 8g carbs per serving why couldn't you fit it in? I could even find room for a serving on low carb days as well.

The problem is only having 1 serving. And right now I'm in love with the Quest Cravings PB cups... Choosing sucks bigtime.. Besides from Quest's I only get carbs from veggies really.

I had 4 tbsp today :) Yeah, I know what you mean about choosing. I've basically been doing the same thing with Quest Bars and veggies.

Yeah, it's crazy and he's a monster.

Haha I hadn't done them in a while either. Felt awesome; I dropped my head on the way up and exaggerated the stretch. They got my back to crack a few times.

Thanks man. The shaker bottles are awesome. I leave for the gym with OEP in the funnel, V-1, C20, AP, PowerFULL, and ABE in the pill compartment, and MBCAA+ in the powder container. :thumbsup:

Yep! I use them fairly regularly a well. Although, recently I've found they don't hold enough water to dilute the new MBCAA+ so I have to use a gallon jug now.

2 scoops? I like the flavor of 2 with pretty much a full shaker of water. I usually keep refilling it though.

I do the same. I put 20 oz water 2 scoops and 6 grams of CM in my intra concoction but I refill my shaker quite a bit during

Food looks mouth watering. I love the chicken sausage you find at trader joes. I use it for protein for breakfast mostly. Threw some in wheat pasta we cooked up for Friday.
