Wasup guys, ive been eating oatmeal and whey for breakfeast for months now. I heard whey is best thing to have in morning... Is egg whites and oatmeal just as good? Or should i stick to whey and oats ... Its been working for me but would like to change things up a bit!

I always say choose real food over a powder, but it's all food/calories/protein at the end of the day. Eat whichever you prefer.

I do 1 whole egg +5 egg whites scrambled , greek yogurt and turkey bacon or turkey sausage along with a kale shake blended with juiced vegis and fruits. 50+ grams of protein to kick the day off isn't a bad way to start. Personally I use whey pre and post workout and whenever I can't cook my protein.

Whey in the morning is not superior over any other protein source. This is broscience. Personally, I would go with whatever you like to eat at that time and something that isn't time consuming so you can get your day started. I love my eggs in the morning. If I have whites, I will usually separate them the night before and add any whole ones in the morning. If I over sleep, I will just have some leftover chicken, steak, or protein powder.

I blend in a shake upon waking.. milk cottage cheese protein powder peanut.butter oatmeal. Yum

Regardless if its working for you there is no problem as long as you are hitting your numbers.

I always prefer whole food, personally, but that's simply what works for me. I feel more satiated, and my blood sugar is less disrupted (yes, even by casein). I say do what your body likes.
