Well the hope is the tempo will keep total time down... All superset pairs. 2-3 exercsises for chest back and shoulders and 1-2 exercise for bis/tris 3 days a week. Legs on their own 1x a week. Gonna be using cleans and deadlift variations as well. It's a very versatile and refreshing program. OH and I'm reducing carbs weekly down to less than 20g a day from veggies only lol
That is a fine looking list! Under 20g of carbs a day.. wow.. Any carb up days?
