Thanks for sharing gokix. I have a sweet tooth and although I'm in a very high protein low to moderate carbs and fats meal plan, this is always my favorite home made dessert when we cheat every two weeks. Delish.....
 
picked up sum Haegen Daaz spiced caramel biscuit special edition, gonna crack that baby open tuesday after leg day probably,looking forward to it, also picked up wegmans pb&j ice cream......any feedback on either of these?

Both meh at best

Haggen Dazs -- Peanut Butter Pie = Amazing
Salted Carmel Truffle = Better than Biscuit

Wegmans ice cream line is mediocre.

Look for 2nd Street, Jenni's (Whole Foods), Graeters

I bet you could request it. it's carried by three locations in Buffalo that I have personally seen, so I'd imagine all of them here have it. I'd mail you some, but i don't think it would do well. lol

Oh yeah, I WAS going to be in Erie to go to that waterpark there for my son's birthday, but the damn thing is CLOSED on tuesdays!! lol

Buffalo is where Wegmans originated.

2nd Street, Jenni's and Graeters will be VERY hard to beat as they are premium ice cream. Literally top of the stuff.. Jennis is 9$ a pint, but the base is pure brillance.

Steve's = Very Very good too (NYC mostly)

I don't remember who suggested diet coke + soy sauce + chicken but thanks to you! I tried it tonight and it was super good! Pleasantly surprised. Tasted just like chinese chicken stir fry. :)

Next time combine that mixture and add honey, orange zest , hoisin sauce and sesame oil. That's pretty much a kalbi marinade recipe but would be great on chicken too

Just let me know in advance. ill take the weekend off from work and we can make it happen. Our gym is legit, we have 2 guys now who have won the NPC Pittsburgh Pro Show (1 the overall, 1 closed division) and nearly the other 90% compete in some form of bodybuilding, figure, physique.

12 hour roasted lamb sandwich on brown with a little haloumi cheese. :)
 
My favorite cheat meal is Chinese food. Usually I get sweet and sour chicken, or orange chicken.

It's a terrible cheat meal though because afterward my body goes into carb shock and man I end up feeling pretty crappy for that night.
 
Double pork burrito, +sour cream, no beans. The only reason I call it a cheat meal is because of the tortilla carbs. But man, this one little place makes it so proper
 
I just had some sexy Cuban food for dinner last night. It was amazing! Especially after my 2 hour leg session!
 
Wow that ice cream looks good and has made me realize that I havent had some good peanut butter cup ice cream since like last August.

Yet another craving to add to my list :/
