how would u do low carb/high fat then? cuz i take in alot of nuts,oliveoil, avocado with my low carb days

you guys ever use "anylabtestnow"??? Its a walk in, no appt necessary (but suggested) place and you can ask for anything you want. they have some prepackaged testing of course, like testosterone free and total....but you can personalize it with estrogen or prolactin etc. Pretty cheap as well...although with us adding in all the female stuff etc I am sure it can get triple digit quick. I have a few local to me actually. I wanted to get tested at 12 pumps androgel plus 5 pumps transaderm. But i am somewhat lazy
It takes about 5 half lifes of a drug to get to steady state. So, that's roughly 50 days, give or take a few depending on how your liver tears it up. You can speed up the process by not taking any T for a few weeks, but you'd need labs to determine where you were. Just to be safe, plan on a couple of months before your levels are "precisely" normal again. You can be close in just a few weeks, but to be exactly where you were before it takes 5-6 half lifes.
Just to follow up on this, I had a total T trough done at day 7.5 from last dose (100mg/wk) and I was 2 points below the reference range low value. LOL. I still feel fantastic compared to prior to TRT, I'm having zero side effects, and I'm gaining very well again (came back off of a several year long break a few months back only to find that I simply couldn't recover and I wasn't growing. Thank you, Superdrol. Despite a well-researched PCT, my HPTA was beat into submission).

That supraphysiologic surge really bothered some people in terms of sides, and based on our current discussion, it seems like something we can both appreciate
It depends on the pharmacokinetics of the drug, and in this case the various testosterone esters clear the body at different rates. Suspension needs the shortest inject times, priopionate is next and needs to be injected more frequently than enanthate and cypionate, undecanoate needs to be injected far less frequently than the other three. From what I gather, the half life itself isn't that much longer than cypionate and enanthate at 16 days. But, I'm not a pharmacist or pharmacologist and don't know the exact kinetics of this molecule. However, it's well documented in the literature to produce stable blood levels over 3 month periods.
Actually the official guidelines explicitly state that no longer than every three weeks, and preferably every week for cyp/enan for more stable blood levels. I just reviewed the UpToDate guidelines. We know it doesn't "last" three to four weeks, some folks just prefer to take the shot less frequently and get loaded with a supraphysiologic dose (e.g. 300 mg/3wk) that will keep you above low for the majority of the duration of three weeks.
Some nuts are inflammatory, such as peanuts, while others are anti inflammatory, such as almonds. There is a lot of info on this.
