I don't I have much muscle just a normal looking dude maybe bait on the chubby side but yh I'm looking to keep as much muscle as I can but if I stay on my diet I know the fat drops off me but staying on it is where I **** up every 2 to 3 days a week!
 
consistencey is very important.....start a training log for some motivation
 
You just said yourself you know you can do it if you stay on your diet unless you **** up...so just stay on your diet.

That's what I'm thinking here's a little look at my diet bro...


Meal 1 1 whole egg with a cup of white Liquid eggs 50g of almonds with 50g of oats with skimmed milk

Meal 2 120g of cooked chicken with 100g veg and 180g of white rice

Meal 3 120g of cooked chicken with 100g veg and 180g of white rice

Meal 4 100g of tuna with 150g of Sweet potato

Also a shake after workout

A lot of water
