Hi there. I was wondering what a good first cycle would be for a 21 year old. i'm looking for something mild to give me a boost after a one year plateau. Stats: bench: 285 1rm deadlift: 425 1rm squats: --- (can't squat bc of injury). I know i'm probably going to get flamed because i'm 21, but I truly feel like i'm ready for this as I get more and more serious about bodybuilding and physical strength. I understand what PCT's are and what SERMS are and cycle assist is, but I am stuck on what I want my first compound to be.
