thanks I hope that can inspire some people.. I was this height, 40 lbs lighter, skinny fat, and couldn't complete a dip or a rep of 135 benching in hs the first time I tried despite Being an athlete

reverse mini band cgbp-
225 x 5 reps x 3 sets

All reps paused one inch above chest

During these I worked in 8 sets of 10 pull-ups, 4 wide grip and 4 neutral grip

farmers walks super set band pullaparts-
100 lbs DBS and 25 reps for 2 sets

anti rotation holds-
30 seconds each side for 2 sets

some curls for the girls. Well versa-1 is officially done. Ill do a write up soon! Holy vascularity today :)

They can help clear insulin from circulation and increase GH boost which should yield better sleep. Not a bad idea, particularly if you train later in the day.

I do.. And I don't eat my first meal until 12-2 the next day. Seems like it could be a great recipe for recomp
 
I've actually tried it with both products, but only a couple of times. I was eating a ton of carbs and decided I'd be better off saving them for pre-meal use. I'm interested in your feedback if you give it a shot.

Give it a shot and see how it works for you. Many people have had success using that type of product in that manner.
 
Been busy.. didn't log a few workouts in here, but definitely got them in. Been doing with Versa-1 for a bit, but will be maxing on my lifts this weekend. Here's a photo that I think is a little more representative. I'll get a final review up eventually lol
