What is your favorite cheat meal?

Cooooooiokie Butter?!?!? Ohhhh my gooodness! I'm going to trader joes tomorrow! That sounds too yummy!

Yes those SOBs at trader joes put it right under the natty PB and I literally have to talk myself out of buying it everytime I go re up on my PB . I pick it up and stare at the nutrition contend like one of these times it's gonna say "good for you, eat me!". Yet to try it but I think I wanna stick my junk in it :-3

Greek Yogurt + Cookie Butter + Protein Powder
Rice Cakes + Cookie Butter + banana's
Homemade Baked goods + Cookie Butter + honey

Why not eat it daily? Your 17 years old.. the diet should be one of the last things you track while in high school. Your social life should be far more important, i suggest you just lift smart, have fun, and hav a semi-balanced diet while still enjoying moderation and taking your youth to its fullest and gaining some serious muscle.

This thread is awesome lol. Gotta go with the nachos though, and not the cheap melted cheddar kind. I need chicken breast, black beans, peppers, jalapenos, actual nacho cheese (like the kind you get at the movies), olives, sour cream (fat free haha), red pepper flakes, and layers lots of layers!

Any of you buffalo guys try wegmans brand pb&j ice cream? The first quarter of the pint is awesome then the jelly becomes a bit too sweet for me.

Na not cheesr whiz, I try to get the nacho cheese they sell that comes with spicey stuff in it already. Not very healthy but it taste so much better lol
 
"Faux Pasta" Julienned zucchini slices, sauteed minced garlic in olive oil with cherry tomatoes, turkey bacon and lean ground beef. Topped with low cal pasta sauce and ff mozz cheese.

Light cheat breakfast before epic meal. Blueberry and almond poppyseed muffins and chocolate teddy grams, Nutella, fluff, and banana sand which on Ezekiel bread.

Indian food that they cooked for hours before hand. Don't remember the names of the dishes just that they were very good and had three plates of amazing food.
