Blasting while on TRT

might be a dumb question but where would I get the exemestane and how much ? Also do you think 1 erase pro per day would be enough? OR what about 200mg on tuesday and 100 on sat for only 300 a week? I wanna do as much as i can without sides lol............................how much would u increase cals, lets say u were already bulking before blasting how much would you increase calories and is there a preferred source (pro carbs fats)? Thanks alot!!!

Did you lose libido and erection integrity when blasting? I know I did and also blasting @ 500 felt better that @750. Good to be back, ain't it?

Yup, hardly thought about sex unless the gf was around. No morning erections toward the end of the blast. Now I can't keep my eyes/mind off girls/sex, and morning erections are back to normal. I actually feel stronger and have more energy/endurance in the gym too. Definitely good to be back!
 
F that noise. I'll stick with my TRT. I think knowing that I am sitting on multiple bottles and what I can do with them is inviting, but not at the expense of my 18 yo libido.

Isn't it weird with super high test and zero libido? My libido is best when I'm running about 200mg test/wk. I don't get it. Maybe someone could chime on why that is, assuming an AI is used properly
 
hey guys so ivebeen following this thrad like crazy and it was got me to try a blast....normally do 100mg one time a week test cyp.

I am thinking about doing 200mg 2x per week with one erase pro every day for estrogen purposes, how does this sound? Pin on tuesday and Saturday

I have been doing this for about five weeks now.....

TBH my libido isnt even that high at my TRT dose of 100mg a week, ill be interested to see what happens on this blast........btw pmed u, looking forward to a response

If we talking only test, as dosages go up it is harder to control estrogen. And once is out of range either high or low is a pain to get it back.
I have the same problem, even around 300mg a week sometimes I have no sex drive till I take an AI then im horney 24/7.
Funny thing is that I wasnt this sensitive in the past but for some reason now im...however interesting thing is that im more sensitive to test now since I have changed my diet to low carb. Go figure

Going pretty good.....I have gained about ten pounds while getting leaner and just generally feel great! Strength and libido is up too. Using the erase for an ai just in case, but I have never really needed it when I tried phs in the past.
 
anyon have any cholesterol issues while on T? or while taking an AI witht hem......jsut found out my cholesterol is extreely high and this is before starting this blast..... my plan i to just take a heart help supplement and some niacin, and take out any saturated fats from dairy, butter, coconut oil etc. and eat mostly chicken for protein

Red yeast rice works great along with niacin to lower cholesterol.
 
Ldl was 200!!!!! No idea why other than I eat most of my calories before bed....im gonna try to cut out as much saturated fat as possible including coconut oil and not cook with as much olive oil...instead put it on after.....hdl was 102 tho ugh....they wanna put me on statins but I dont wanna

You know there is very little evidence linking saturated fat to high cholesterol. Cholesterol in humans increases in direct proportion to carbohydrate consumption.

Yeah is high but so it's HDL. Take some Red Yeast Rice 2-3 pills a day, and it should calm down the LDL production. You just have a happy liver that likes to make stuff. You are eating a litttle more fat than the body needs.
It also depends what kind of cholesterol particles you have. If they are fluffy then no worries. The small ones are the issue. For that you need an NMR test.

thing is i carb cycle, 2-3 days just dairy and veg for carbs, 1 high day 400-5500 g and then one moderate day - 200-250 then repeat....

yeah ive learnedthat, but if im eatin to much fat, what do i replace it with more protein and kill my kindeys i already eat aroudn 300g a day if not more, and if im carb cycling calories have to go somewhere
 
Cholesterol is probably 50% genetic...it's not just diet related. Something to think about.
 
Yea but that h igh? Not everyone in my family has high cholesterol either.... I dunno what to think....either way its not very healthy.....do u know how much it costs to get the test done on particle size?

haha thats right!....liek i said less cooking with oilive oil, more jsut pouring it on....reducing sat fat....only sat fat from trace sources and meats (no red meat), upping the fish oil too......and taking heart help my iforce and more bvitamins, bloodwork isnt for liek 3 months so we will see how it goes, hopefully i live that long with those crazy #s

Yep diet is usually not the culprit. People go apeshyt controlling every fat gram and still end up on the high end. I routinely eat 100-125 grams of fat per day and my cholesterol is still always in check. And yes I eat assloads of red meat.

Yep, that's because dietary fat does not raise cholesterol as much as carbohydrates. Once I get back home to my computer I can cite references.

Yes some ppl tend to run higher cholesterol on T. What you can do is to cut back on your coconut oil and/or milk. That created some interesting numbers for me too. Eat more nuts and seeds, olive oil, and fats from meats and some butter is ok.
The NMR test is like 80 bucks. Very cheap.
How much was your total cholesterol number?
Dont sweat it, this is relatively easy to fix

Exactly. I don't know where it started, but people have in their minds that fat is the devil. Mono is really good, sat is ok, and trans is bad. A high fat diet is much better than a high carb diet. But, in the end, it always comes down to the same thing and that is moderation.

Gotta get the cals in and that's with protein at 300.....yest food was low fat cottage cheese fat free cottage cheese fat free cheese on 10 egg whites and one wh ole egg....a low fat chixken sauusage turkey breakfast sausage 10 oz chix ken a salad with low fat blue cheese dressing. Some unsweetened almond milk...red kidney beans low fat homemade protein cheesecake...fat free greek yogurt 3 tablspoons peanut butter 4 tablespoons olive oil and an avocado.....pretty low sat fat and healthy fats if u ask me ooo and 3 fishoil c aps and some mackerel
 
I naturally gravitate towards fat and protein foods, unless its a "binge" thing like cookies cakes and starburst :D Much of it is the fact I drink a whey protein drink ED when I wake up since I am usually somewhat nauseous in the morning. And i like me some wings and steak and burgers lol. SD kills my appetite, yet it works best in the company of high carbs, so I am having a bitch of a time getting enough calories...and insult to injury enough carbs due to my nature. I hate to take in liquid carbs....but damn...But again I have no problem with cholesterol despite taking in mucho saturated fats. Trans fats no. I just don't believe in the whole "cut back on this or that fat in your diet" one bit. If you are genetically predisposed for high cholesterol? its coming for you one way or the other. This is why they have Rx for this very purpose...its beyond your control for the most part.

I don't even bother arguing with people on this anymore. Internet warriors love to fight, even when wrong.

That is exactly what I as doing, "defending the honor of dietary fats" :D. Surprisingly enough most of the knowledgeable folks agreed on fats being preferred over carbs for numerous reasons...so the 500 grams of carbs/30 grams of fat crowd piped down lol. I think people are finally coming around to realize the benefits of fats in the diet.

I really dont think there is enough time for the body to adjust to go from high carb to low carbs high fat days in 24 hours. THis may explain your situation.
Also you dont eat enough fat in what you have described above. There is no way you eat 200g of fat.
I tried to eat 150g of carbs next day after a high fat day and it didnt work...for me anyway. Not enough time to adjust. I've found ather ways to get in some carbs but overall your diet is not one of high fat, you are still a sugar burner minus the occasional day when you switch it up a bit.

high carb days areanywhere between 350-450, med are around 200-225 and low are 125-140 usually do high,med, low,low, repeat
 
TO carb cycle you don't really want to go into ketosis or switch from running on carbs to running on fats....you are looking to increase your fats while cycling carbs from low to medium to high so they don't exert much of the negative effects associated with carbs. And fats carbs fiber and protein all get digested together in a conglomeration, which actually aids in the simple carbs not wreaking so much havoc. Your stomach does not pick and choose what it digests first unless you take in a sugar drink or a tablespoon of fat etc alone.....

You should either go no carb, or carb cycle to be honest. go low carb for 3 days, more of a medium carb for 3 days, and then high carb one day as an example....and substitute fats in for the carbs you are subtracting. Or do like an atkins/anabolic diet 30 grams of carbs and less per day with essentially all fat and protein....but you'll look flat (your muscles), I don't care to look deflated like that. Maybe one of these protocols will be helpful.

That is my favorite dieting strategy, carb cycling. But you don't need to be anal about it...that is sort of the beauty of it, depends on how you feel that day and how many carbs you want to eat that day. It usually works out, but yeah you need to be sure at least half the week or so you are in the lower portion, and if you can zigzag it? even better to go low then medium and repeat that until you throw in a high carb day. I was also eating the majority of my carbs later at night...sort of integrating a few methods into one diet.
 
I'd spend the $30 or whatever and get private labs done. You will get the results in 1-2 days. That way you guarantee you won't jeoperdize your TRT rx
