Hey everybody Natural 19 year old here and I'm new to this forum and I just wanted to get everybody's input on my current test levels and if they are something to be concerned about. I've been lifting 'seriously' for about 3 years. I currently weigh 156 and i'm 5'6'' at about 12% or so bodyfat. I have been lifting seriously, my diet is on track, i'm doing everything right and yet not satisfied with the gains i'm making. I also feel very tired and fatigued, so I decided to ask my doctor for a testosterone test.
The results came back at 345 ng/dl.
The doctor said im within 'normal range' however I am very skeptical about this because I researched online and found that those levels are normal for a 80 year old man, and normal levels for someone my age are around 600-800 ng/dl I believe. Also, I took the test at 9am and I woke up at 4am that morning(around 4 hours of sleep), not sure if this would alter the blood test that much. Should I be worried?
