So spotters are important and I could have used one today. 3rd rep bench press @205 I have out, ended up having to roll bar down body to get it off me. Kinda funny cause I commented on someone's post about bench pressing in the squat rack.

Careful on that bench! If you don't have safety catches/bars of some kind a spotter is critical. Heck, I even use one for my last couple of warm-up sets to unrack the weight and keep an eye on me.

As far as your next stack goes, which of those do you already have experience with? I'd probably not use Compound 20 or anything that might product a decent loss of fat so that you can properly evaluate the fat burner. PRIME® and/or VERSA-1™ would be good choices as long as you already know how you respond to them. Ultimately, ANY additional ergogenic aids will impact your results and thus rating of the product.

I have not used either before. I've heard slit of mixed reviews on versa-1... I need to stronger. I am not lowering my macros for this I am keeping them the same. Would either be able to take the place of Creatine?
 
Alright tomorrow is the last day of the Anabeta Elite and Erase pro combo. I finished most all other supplements already ... Creatine, DAA, liquid nolva.

I feel that it was good run, most certainly when it's used right.

My next adventure is probably going to be N-XT and Versa1. I was reading up and I agree the Compound 20 will be good for a leaning. I am currently logging another fat burner/preworkout an don't need to skew results.

Prime seems like a good to put on some mass... I really like the idea about this but don't know how it would work while using a PRE.

N-XT is a hormone modulator and should be a little bonus while using VERSA-1 mind muscle(hoping this is a good thing)

Is compound 20 comparable to Erase? If so suggested to take joint supplement?
 
My chest and legs are nice and sore. Good last couple days really has made me pay. It a good pain because I know I did some good work without getting energy. Crazy when you feel like a huge bruise.

Hmm I see. Your call, but I think I'd just log the fat burner solo, and set up a ridiculous stack to follow that log. Not much can take the place of creatine besides creatine. If you can, I think that it would be a good idea to continue to use it throughout the next stack/log.

They work through totally different pathways. Something that they do have in common is that they both tend to create a dry, lean look. You shouldn't have any joint issues from Compound 20, however some people do have issues with Erase from estrogen and cortisol related changes. If that happens you can simply lower the number of capsules that you are consuming daily. If you aren't already taking fish oil I'd recommend adding that, not just for your joints but also for the many other benefits.

I like your thoughts and I should just give the fatburner it's own day in the sun... I'd rather have a sick stack for sure!
 
cut the alphamine during pct, use it like a week or 2 after pct, for test booster to use alongside daa ive had amazing results with daa+activate xtreme combo (8caps a day tho), also buy bulk cissus (40% standardized) and take it throughout cycle and pct, gives a great sence of wellbeing, amazinggg on your joints and tendonds (heals and strengthens everything almost from day 1) and is also said to be mildly anabolic, also cheap (dose at 10g daily , split into 2-3 dosages and on empty stomach)

honestly i had a bad rotator cuff that would get so bad i couldn't up my benching weight, couldn't do about 90% of shoulder exercises and it would impede my daily life. i tried everything, doctors, physio, exercises and stretches, supplements all for a year with no results. i start super high dosing bulk cissus at 10g daily and within 1.5-2 months its back to 100% strength and with no pain. its a miracle supplement and has changed my life (i know it sounds ridiculous but not to be in pain every day and to have full strength back after a year is unbelievable). i would recommend it to any and everyone

Seriously, I consider it a MUST for anyone who lifts heavy. I'm pretty sure I'll use it for the rest of my life. Even every day aches and pains like neck/back pain from hunching over a desk or sitting in an uncomfortable chair are reduced.

You can always get the bulk powder. You'll probably want to capsule it yourself rather than deal with the taste of it every day but a $15 capsule tray will last you a lifetime and size 0 capsules can be found for $10-15 for 1000. I capsule all kinds of things and that little tray has been an excellent investment.
