I should put an app in.... What will it hurt?

I am 34 years old and have been serious in the gym do a couple years. I have been trying to define my body to a pillar of greatness. Ummmm ok really I have been trying to lose body fat and gain hella strength. Slowly but surely I have had some good body changes, endurance is up and I am able to be more active with my wife and kids. I am able to play soccer(even though my knees are killing me) again after 17years. This life style has poured over to family and coworker. Every time they see me (after a brief time away) they notice changes. If I can get this abs a washboard then I would be more satisfies, as of now my before and after pic is sick!

My favorite protein concoction is the simple fruit and berries.

1-2scoops protein
1scoop natural PB
1banana
2scoops chocolate low carb ice cream
4oz rice milk
Water and ice to texture

Simple but IMO chocolate and peanut butter are the best.

I agree to post up a minilog and/or review whenever and wherever needed. I've been good about posting up reviews when asked. I have logged several products and stay good to my word.

We’re launching this beta testing opportunity as a way to gauge the public’s opinion on this exciting new product. We’re asking for anyone who is interested in testing this innovative product to apply to be an official Beta Tester.

The results of the Beta Test will assist in the research and development of this product and will, ultimately, contribute to its success.

How long have you been using protein supplements?

I've been training for a little over nine years now and I've been using whey protein for about 7 or 8 of those years
I compete in competitive natural bodybuilding and have done that for the last five years

Current fitness goals:

Currently in a recomp / slow cut into summertime
@ 5'8" 194, 13.6%
Looking to get to around 10%

Training Style:

I train heavy, and I train hard consistently.
I focus on big compound movements and training them explosively, as well as hitting my isolation movements with plenty of TUT


Nutrition Style:

Being that I am cutting, I am currently eating clean with carb cycling.
I rotate between high and low carb / calorie days.
M-Thurs I will use high calories, around 4000-4500,
F-sun I use low calories, 2000-2500
My body responds very well to this.

Are you over 18 years of age as of 3-15-13?

Yes I am twenty four

Will you be able to produce a detailed log (WITH a daily video or image) for each of the four (4) servings we will provide?
I can do this. It shouldn't be too hard.

Training Style: Crossfit three times a week, BJJ 4 time a week, Boxing 4 times a week, and weight lifting three times a week. Plus I am in the Military and I run about 20-25 miles a week.
Nutrition Style: Trying to gain weight. I weigh 127 want to get to 145 before ranger school at the end of the year.
