Just picked up a bottle of this stuff since stano was sold out. I've been takin stano at 1000mg a day. Any idea that the equivalent of that would be for 5-alpha? 4 pills a day? 5?
Maybe 4. I have been taking it for 3 weeks. 3 works good, 4 works great. I take them spread out throughout the day. I also break them in half and hold under my tongue until completely gone. Not sure if that helps its just what I do.
