Your calves look stupid huge, arms look good too man, what happened to bean poles? pass some of that my way. I have such small arms when compared to my torso or legs. Impressive single arm DB preachers too, that's solid weight... keep it up.

Thanks man. Calves need work. They are lean but not as big as I would like. Also my arms are decent size but my fking rib cage is HUGE so I have to give them extra attention some times to man Jr sure I don't get too out of whack. I've got a similar build as Marc Lobliner without the extra muscles and veins lol.

I know what you mean haha. my chest is longer than my rib cage I think... it sucks. I am really broad at the chest and shoulders, and long skinny arms. looks bad from the front. I have the smallest looking calves ever, but I can squat and dead like a beast for my weight.... and I was always a competitive sprinter. I don't understand at all. But oh well. I am happy with being strong the aesthetics are just a bonus to me. If I get these arms in shape I will be ready for some strongman stuff next summer! Probably hit a cycle or two next year and this summer as well, that could help ;) nothing hard yet though.

What all are you taking right now by the way. I can never keep track.

I noticed that you are not taking an estrogen eliminator like erase. I always took one with d-aspartic acid just because I have read it numerous times that when taking d-aspartic acid you should take one. So you don't have to?
 
Well....not really...some guys do get puffy nips from daa and an AI helps but if you're not getting those side effects unless you are trying to lean out its not necessary.
 
Nice stack. I wish I wasn't on a college budget right now. Plus all my cash goes to my wrangler. Just stacking DAA and OG erase right now... but it's enough. I have some other stuff laying around and still take my ALCAR, leucine, protein, condense etc. You ever try ALCAR?

Nash have yet to try it. It's on my list of things to try though. How do you like it?
 
It's nice. I don't take it daily because apparently you need to take choline yada yada if you dose it a lot, and I don't like to too much of anything for too long. I take it alot when studying for big exams or finals, and before the gym from time to time. I feel like I focus more and retain more, and also taste of it really wakes you up and gets you stimulated. I shotgun it with a swig of water and get just a small taste. It's very salty.

I have not. I read an article about the different carnitines at one point, but I really don't know much about anything other than ALCAR. I actually wrote a paper on it for a freshman (college) english class. If anyone wants to read it let me know lol. I can probably email it or upload it somewhere. explains use, dosage, studies, affects, etc.

This is used more for a pump effect; usually 4.5 grams is an accepted dosage based on some studies, although you probably don't need that much to feel effects. Regular PLCAR is pretty versatile.

He and another guy started arguing with me over a random post in the Douchebag's thread... basically going off saying I know nothing about steroids and he had taken them and knew everything and basically just being a real douche for whatever reason. I kinda thought it was funny. Monte posted up and said something like get him guys because I ended my first post with "I'm not trying to fight" or something. so I posted that back up here. Then he found his way over and started B*tching here too. I guess they found their thread though.

35 pounds is insane gains even if he just started lifting. In 10 weeks especially. Over a year I can see a noob doing it.

I like how his cut gained him 12 at 6% then 8 at 8%. So assuming he weights as much as a normal male give or take that's 3-5 pounds of fat he gained back, so he gained 3-5 pounds of muscle on his 10 week cut. Which might be believable. But because of his other claims sounds fishy.

Chest day today. Just took my MAX PUMP and Muscle Marinade. My right elbow was a little tender yday from the overhead tricep extensions with the straight bar. Might mix things up if it bothers me.

Today totally sucked. No energy. Shoulder and elbow were giving me fits. I took a two hour nap after I woke up at 630 and I think that might have had something to do with the lack of energy. Pics suck. Shyt lighting and abs are totally washed out still. Weight was 229.6

Wow, great progress Montego1. My husband and I are both on a healthy life changing journey. We're both lofting weights, resistance training and me doing cardio. We each have our own coach doc brown and Matty. It's great to see how much a human can do when there's commitment and when you really want to achieve something. Congrats Montego1, keep up the great work.

I know what you mean. I woke up very pumped and excited. Today was my HIIT and cardio day, energy wasn't there at all. I barely could jump, disappointing. But hey, remember tomorrow's a brand new day. Today what we did or didn't is already done. So just focus on tomorrow's workout and destroy those weights. We all have good and not so good days. I had an excellent weight/resistance training day yesterday, I believe my body is still in shock. You're doing great Montego1 hang in there! ;)
