Had one of the worst nights of sleep in a very long time. For some unknown reason I broke out in hives all over my arms and legs last night and I couldn't sleep because it itched sooooo damn bad. I ended up chugging 1/2 a bottle of my toddler's allergy medication around 12am and finall fell asleep around 1. So only got abut 3 hours of sleep, still killed it today though. Legs are jelly.

lying leg curls: 25x10-10, 50x10, 97.5(+2.5)x10-10-8(3 sec eccentrics)

standing BB calf raises: BWx15, 220(+5)x17-17-16, 45x40
The Uncut really helped me get through it today I think. Also had 1/2 scoop Jack3d for some DMAA.

First time ever doing some crossfit style barbell complexes. Totally kicked my ass! By the time I was done with the 4th set, I legit thought I was going to puke. Awesome!
85lbs - power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, behind the head push press, down to the floor 8 cycles x 4 sets, 60 sec rest for first two sets, 90 sec for the last two.
Did 60 mins of LISS afterwards. My quats and glutes are sore as hell right now from leg day yesterday combined with todays training. lol.

Thanks guys. Been eating good today even though I have no appetite and I just had a glorious 3 hour nap. I'm already feeling a bit better. Hoping this was just a 24 hour thing and I'll be back to normal to hit shoulders in the morning

Yeah me too - straight bar curls get me the worst. Hammer curls are a-ok though
Even db curls are fine. Just something about being locked in on a bb that kills me

I keep a bottle of dmaa around for my straight up stim rush... might have to give uncut a whirl next time
Final review of Uncut:
Total 7/10
Taste: n/a since it's capped
Energy: 12/10 holy crap the energy on this stuff is through the mofo'n roof!
Focus: 8/10 really intense focus, mind not wandering between sets, good mind/muscle connection
Endurance: 7/10 nothing remarkable here, but solid results with higher rep sets
Strength: 7/10 again, solid performance, but no crazy gains
Pump: 4/10 this is def more of a stim/focus style pwo and the pump wasn't great. I found I had to add at least 1g agmatine to feel a decent pump.
Overall I'd say this is a really solid product. I'd probably like it a lot when I travel for work since it's capped and will travel easily and I usually don't get much sleep on the road so the extra stim would help a lot. I'm not much of a stim junkie, but if you are, this stuff delivers.
