How to run winny

I have some winny and want to just lean out, not exactly looking to bulk. So I originally wanted to run it solo. If its a possibility, if not i would use test. I've only done orals, how would I run the test, all my buddies have pinned before and could set me up nicely I just trust you guys a little more than the majority of my buddies.

I've ran about 5 helladrol cycles and did a superdrol/epi bride and quit due to back pumps..

If you think epi or another helladrol cycle would be better I'm also up for that!

Tell me this stuff. I got a good idea for you with winny and Test P. You should really use a test base with AAS orals like winny, anadrol, or dbol. Results are better and you keep more gains after pct

At 180 you need mass. Run test prop at 100mg eod and winny at around 50mg ed for 5 weeks. 2 days after last pin of test start pct. Use nolva for 4 weeks. Wk1 and 2 - 40mg ed. Wk3-4 20mg ed. That's my advice
