Yeah it seems like a good combo. I'm placing order today for the Natural EFX and Lean EFX Refined. I wanted to add Youth, but looks like Nutra doesn't have it.

My buddy I work with ordered Natural EFX, Lean EFX Refined, and Flexible so we will both be running it around the same time.

Very nice, order, you will not be disapointed. The combo works well
 
Thanks. I have seen a few Formutech reps say they like Youth with Natural EFX for the added 7Keto. How many mg's of 7Keto do most people take a day if running the 2 products together?

I ran it at 150mg of 7 keto a day, this includes both:
2 caps Natural EFX am and PM
2 caps Youth am and PM

I stagaered the doses I would take Natural EFX with Breakfast, then my first snack I'd do youth, then Natural EFX with Lunch, then Pre workout meal Id take 2 more Youth.

I only had provolone. Next time I will use low fat mozzarella, and maybe thin sliced chicken deli meat to cut fat down.

thats all that matters! besides, hitting mainenance or even going a little over maintenance once a week or so is actually really beneficial when you're cutting. it keeps your body from going into starvation mode.

- Even though I hit Shoulders and Chest consecutive days, I am not sore at all
-I took no preworkout, and no 2nd dose of Alphamine, so I had no stims for 6 hours before workout, but I felt pumped up and ready to go

Alphamine is a fat burner/pre workout by PES LiveToLift should be able to tell u more.

Versa-1 is by USP and is supposed to support muscle anabolism. Would be good on a bulk or a cut.

First off. The Bulls Heat game was insane last night. So glad the Bulls ended the streak, without Rose, Noah, Rip, or Marco!!!

So after still feeling a little to stimmed yesterday, I decided to just go and do some cardio, with no Volatile

1 Scoop Endurance sipped pre-post

Elliptical 10 mins warming up while talking to my Dad on the phone about my car accident settlement offer. Felt like 2mins!
10 mins HIIT type. Level 13-15/out of 20 alternating 3mph then sprinting to 10+mph
10 mins switching from levels<10 to cool down, then level >17 to mimic a large hill

Notes: -Sweating a lot more than usual, like yesterdays post I feel Endurance increases my thermogenics?
-Was able to push myself pretty hard on the higher level(Hills) without legs feeling like they were burning
-During the HIIT type portion, heart rate was slightly lower than usual, allowing me to push myself harder
-Legs were super sore last night before bed, however they feel fine today!

I didn't want to eat that many carbs, until the weekend. But I got home late, and Pasta w/chicken(Italian sausage) was fastest thing to cook lol.

Endurance should not have any increase in Thermo feel per se. There is nothing in it that would stimulate your body to sweat other than your hard work!! Once you start lean efx refined you will tell the difference. Good Luck.

I'm thinking the lactic acid buffering allowed you to push harder and increased your cal expenditure. Just a theory

Tonight I'm waiting to go to gym until my wife gets off work. She wants to meet me there. So I will be able to go home and pop a few Natural EFX for the first time. Can't wait

that stack is going to MELT the fat. Concentrate more on your protein intake, worry less about numbers on fat and carbs. Get at least 200g protein every day

That sounds like a terrible idea to have a theme night at the gym! I go tot he gym for one reason....to workout not dress up and socialize lol, that would be annoying

200g is where I was shooting for, I need to order some more protein powder. My prob is I don't eat much at work, then try to cram it all in at home. I need to start drinking protein shakes at work.

As far as stack, I thinking 2 scoops Alphamine AM, then trying 1 cap Lean EFX Refined 6 hours later, until Alphamine runs out. I'm kind of in this transition from one supp to the next phase lol

Playing in equipment you know the works finally I just asked him to go sit up front and I would answer any question I could that he had for me when I was done. I'm glad the kid wanted to learn about what I was do but dang...he didn't ask any more questions when I was done....oops lol

An Anytime fitness. I have one a few blocks from my house, and one a few blocks from work. So super convenient. I think the one by house, was just trying to get more memberships, so they had the function lol.

They just added a bunch of TRX stuff. Looks kind of interesting

Volatile sample: For me I love the fact that it is lower stim. I was nervous to take it since I had taken Alphamine, but it was perfect. Nice smooth focus. I was locked in and ready to do work.

3plates each side 3 to failure 300lbs

Lat pull downs: 10x10 100lbs

Dumbbell curls: 5x10 30lbs. Started really feeling a pump, this early into workout

Dumbbell alternating: 45lbs to failure

So I don't know if I was not doing light enough weight for the 10x10. I had more work planned, but the PUMP was more than I have ever had. On last set of Alternating curls, I dropped weight to 30lb db and my left arm felt numb, and I almost dropped the dumbbell.

Being overweight and on stims, my 1st thought was heart attack lol. After I settled myself down, I realized that it was from going to failure, while having such a pump.

I decided I better stop there. Went and did cardio while my wife tanned.

Notes: Endurance honestly is an awesome product. I can tell big difference while doing cardio, and high volumes. If any lurkers think I might be saying that because it's a sponsored Endurance log, PM I will send you links to sponsored logs I have ran here and other forums where the products didn't work for me.

Volatile: um lol. It was just one sample, so I can't say a whole lot yet. However, something happened early into my workout. I honestly have never had a pump that scared me lol. The taste berry eruption was pretty good. I used too much water on accident, so I watered it down. I think I have one more sample left, I will use it on chest/tri.

Natural EFX: Only on day 2 so far, at just 4caps a day. I can say I notice the diuretic effect right away lol. At dinner last night, I almost ran over my children and random people to get to a bathroom.

Friday/sat food choices were not the best. Last Sunday I weighed in at 304.5 this morning 298.8!

The taste berry eruption was pretty good. I used too much water on accident, so I watered it down. I think I have one more sample left, I will use it on chest/tri.

Natural EFX: Only on day 2 so far, at just 4caps a day. I can say I notice the diuretic effect right away lol. At dinner last night, I almost ran over my children and random people to get to a bathroom.

Friday/sat food choices were not the best. Last Sunday I weighed in at 304.5 this morning 298.8!

Dude 6lbs is HUGE!!! THATS 2% OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN A WEEK!!! so glad you wanted to log for me you're doing awesome!
