Quick Update - Diet has not been that great lately (appetite has been increasing), but I seem to be getting leaner & I'm seeing some nice strength gains. Mood & Motivation is high. Vascularity even at rest is way up there!

No issues with joints - I've been using Orange Triad & Joint Help.

Libido has been about the same, but an Alpha feeling is starting to kick in. :)
