Liquid Tamox 50mL 20mg/mL help

anyone here using Liquid Tamox 50ml 20mg/ml
i just have a stupid question.
how many bottle of this do i need
to run 4 weeks in dosage of
week 1: 20mg per day
week 2: 20mg per day
week 3: 10mg per day
week 4: 10mg per day

i'm planning to run a epistane cycle for 4 weeks which is already
i have in hand and not going to start till i get a tamox citrate in hand
for pct.

any addition from you guys would be generously help me alot as for this is my first time to run
a ph.

One bottle will be more than enough (20mg/day*14days+ 10mg/day*14days= 420mg versus 50ml*20mg/ml= 1000mg) it should be enough for two cycles, but I've had experiences with some rc not filling the bottles quite as full as they should be, plus with research chems is not a bad idea to run the doses a little higher just in case they aren't quite as concentrated.
Are you planning on running a test booster or ai during pct? You really should run a test booster starting day 1 of pct and running it for 4-6 weeks or so. Also adding an ai in starting week 3 of pct helps to prevent rebound. Erase at 0/0/3/3/2/1 is just one example. You could also pick up something like extremestan from the same place you pick up your nolva and run that instead of erase.
I would also suggest running epi for a little longer, maybe extend it to 5-6 weeks depending on how the sides are treating you. What type of dosing were you thinking for the epi?

I'm thinking of dosing Epistane at 30/30/30/30 thats 4weeks with
Cel Cycle Assist - Extreme Recovery for extreme cycles.
Milti vitamins
Cellucore protien - post work out
Cellucore C4 Extreme - pre work out (2 weeks after epistane kicks in)
Omega Fish Oil.
AI - still thinking if im getting one cause epistane has built in AI in it.

PCT:
Tamox Citrate 20/20/10/10 or maybe 40/30/10/10 will see how much mass i gain after the epistane cycle.
PCT Assist
Omega Fish oil
Testosterone Stack (Erase + Titanium XL)
Multi Vitamins
Cellucore Protien - post work out
C4 Extreme - Pre Work out ( till cycle PCT ends)

should i start cycling or do i need something else in it though?

First I'd consider bumping up the dosage to 40mg after the first week and possibly adding an extra week or so to really get the most out of it. I'd also pick up some taurine for the back pumps. 1kg bulk powder is real cheap.
You may to drop the C4 while on cycle since that plus epi could really mess with your blood pressure.
You won't need an ai on cycle, but definitely add one to pct like I had suggested. Besides that it looks pretty good.

In that case i have to add AI while on PCT? therefor im taking out cel cycle assist while cycling epistane
and use it on pct.

Keep the cycle assist for on cycle, it'll be more beneficial then, and yes, add an ai for pct.

It has ingredients for controlling blood pressure, prostate health, liver health, cholesterol, preventing water retention, some antioxidants, and a few other ingredients, but nothing for controlling estrogen. It will do a good job for reducing the sides you may experience while on the epi and make for a more enjoyable cycle. If you wanted to run it during pct also, even at a half dose, it wouldn't be a bad idea, but definitely run it at least while on cycle.

Erase, formestane, there are a handful of supplements out there with the same active ingredient as erase but with added other ingredients such as ad-3 pct. If you haven't ordered your serm yet, you could also consider extremestane in liquid form as a research Chem.

thanks for the advice man! im currently on my preloading week just to be
more extra safe running a PH for the first time! ill be starting to pump the epistane
on monday and hopefully get a good result after 4 weeks and see if im going to extend it for 2 weeks.
