Im 6 ft... 215 lean pounds. How much calories/protein/carbs/fats

My goal is to go from 215 to 240-260. I do use PED's FYI. I want to be lean. Here's an idea of what I look like (posting next).

What do u guys recommend as far as intake. I have a fast metabolism and don't need to do much cardio to stay lean.
Here is an example of an average day... My calorie goal is 4,250 ED. The chart only goes up to 3,500 FYI..

If you want a better app try out "my fitness pal" its free and goes forever calories wise. It also has a huge data base of food already programmed into it. You can also have the option of setting it to gain weight not just lose.

Thanks I'm not a small guy. But really trying to hone in on my diets. I'd still like to bulk and get up to around 240-260lbs. Now I'm 215-220.

I hear a lot of bodybuilder a keeping fats under 100 or even 75!!! With the food I eat which isn't bad food I will exceed that amount of fat, as u see in the diagram. Meeting 4,000-5,000 calories I can't keep the fats lower than 100. (I guess unless I eat fish instead of chicken or red meat.... But that's more expensive.
Additionally carbs are great for a gainer but I want to look even more cut. I have abs but not enough! Are my carbs too high. Or if my goal is 240-260lbs, does this all not matter as much as I make it out to. (Cutting obviously cut the carbs 125-175g a day)
When it comes time to me picking my first competition, I will convert to fish a couple weeks out. Use a carb source from greens like broccoli.

Any opinions on the following for PRE CONTEST diet. Just trying to get it in check so when I'm done bulking and done with my bulking cycle, I want to have stuff covered for my next cutting cycle.

99% lean ground turkey
93-98% lean hound beef
Boneless skinless chicken breast
 
Yeah also on android is fat secret calorie counter. Its free also and pretty easy to use. Ever looked into a nutriton coach? If ur going to compete that would be a HUGE help.

Great idea! Never had or looked into a coach. Most my knowledge comes from books. Also I learn from others at my gym. A couple happen to be trainers, one a compeditor. This woman has a craaazy body, competes, and does PT. I do intend on teaming up with her and seeing what she has to say.

That's odd.. So many mixed opinions. Same with deca tho. U either love it or hate it. I hear EQ thickens the blood so it makes ur heart work harder! Interesting

Nothing idk maybe the source, but the prop was good same source. But nothing. no hunger increase or nothing.
