lol, I got it for my son's birthday party. we're doing a yo gabba gabba theme. lol, I thought it would be fun. althought I'm obviously quite a bit more muscular than dj lance, and I don't have that lusterous tan and you can see my tattoos through the fabric. I'm like a jailhouse dj lance

Rev flys: 5x12, 10x12, 22.5x14(+1)-14(+1)-13
Decline situps (plate on chest): BWx12-12, 10x12, 50x22-20(+2), 35x21(+1)
Bent BB rows (supinated grip): 150(+5)x18-17-14, 125(+5)x22
incline DB curls: 40(+2.5)x9-8, 25x22(+2)
standing DB curls 30(+2.5)x24, 40(+2.5)x9, 30(+2.5)x14(+1)

Finished off with 20 mins light cardio

Had some nausea again today toward the end of the lifting portion of training this morning, but it was much less with 2 caps of Uncut than with 3. Pumps were much better today with 1g Agmatine added in with my bcaa. Also I broke open the Uncut caps and put them in with my bcaa and agmatine, hit me in abut 20 mins, much better that way.

Because of the nausea I have some mixed feelings about Uncut. The energy is great, and I do feel great focus and strength, but the nausea is a bummer. I'm going to keep it at two caps and see if my body adjusts to it in the next few sessions. If not, I may try it at 1 cap added to another pwo as a booster, which I could see being nice

I have no idea what could be causing the nausea. I'm following about 25-30 logs of Uncut right now and this is the first I remember seeing this issue. I will email Dirk Tanis and ask him if he know of anything in the formula that could contribute to this.

Have you had similar issues with any other supplements/ingredients in the past?
 
How's your hydration? I always have to remind myself to drink more H20; it's such a simple thing but it's the cause of many of my bad workouts or bad feelings during a workout. Just throwing that out there.

Yeah, its probably the yohimbe. I just about puked on alpha t-2 if I took it pre wo.

Not a really huge deal and the nausea is pretty mild just thought it worth noting

I probably drink 1/2 gallon during my workout

Nope- but it will happen if you open up the capsules- it completely changes the delivery format and really spreads out the distribution area of the product- most stuff this is ok; yohimbine/rauwloscine, not so much......

For now, it would make sense to cut back the dosage even further or take your Uncut with a little food to see if that helps.
 
I added in wide grip shoulder presses and boy do I love those! It's basically doing the regular shoulder press movement with a snatch grip and bringing the bar to your collarbone.

Shoulder day:

Wide grip shoulder press: Bar x10, 65x10, 90x10, 100x10-10-10
Seated BB Shoulder press: 145x3, 125x7-7
Supersetted with overhead ext w/ tri bar and fat gripz: 60x9-10-9
upright row with (shrug)s: 85x8, 130x8(12 shrugs)-8(+1)(12 shrugs)-7(15 shrugs)
Superset with front/side raises: 20x24-24(+2)-22(+2)
seated Arnold Press: 52.5(+2.5)x10-8, 50x9-8(+1)
superset with Close grip bench: bar x10, 55x10, 85x10, 135(+5)x10-10-8


Felt pretty good about the work I put in there!

No nausea today with 2 caps of Uncut left capped plus 1 scoop Endurance, 1g LCLT (+1g post w/o), and 1g Agmatine. Energy was good, endurance was decent, pumps were nice and no queasiness at the end. Thumbs up!

Starting on my second bottle of Gamma Labs Gamma-O today for the next 30 days! I'm really leaning up nicely and continue to gain strength, really happy with these results so far!

I thiunk the first day it was the higher dosage combined with an intense leg day, and the second time was because I uncapped them so they hit me too quick. Today I did 2 caps without dumping them out and has no issues at all! Just had to adjust to it! :)

Uncut was meant to stay capped and you may have learned that the hard way. You may even be able to get up to 3 caps if you continue to do OK with 2. I think 3 caps about 45 minutes before lifting is where it's at. I usually take 3 about 30 minutes before I hit the gym, do a little cardio to warm up and by then the caps have hit me and I am ready to get to work.
