Well, well, well... today will actually be my second day using both.

Schedule
Pr xt (2 caps 3x ed)
Nolvadren (2 caps with breakfast)

Other supps
Test powder (dont take the day i rest, only two weeks left in tub)
Powerfull (3 caps pre bed, about two weeks left in bottle)
Apple cider vinegar
1g vit c
Pre workout (prodigy for now)
Creatine mono 5g daily
25g kwick karb intra workout
Protein

Kcal intake- 2400-2500
Height-5'5"
Weight-160lbs

Recomp is the goal, i came back from my honeymoon roughly five pounds heavier. Now, without working out for eight days and eating whatever and whenever i wanted, you can guess it wasnt muscle mass i put on. I dropped three pounds already, now ill stay at 160 and recomp this FAT.

I noticed yestarday i was peeing.. a lot. More so than usual, and my water intake hasnt increased. Assuming it maybe the nolvadren shedding water weight off me.

it's the nolvadren cause erease does the same thing to me!! Remeber I was cramping last week it's cause I'm peeing like a race horse

Lol yup, pillz for dayz. The pr xt are red/black and the nolvadren are solid black. Hell the even LOOK awesome! So they should make me feel it...

I've been going threw crazy amounts of water lately. I'm running PR-XT, NXT and ECa currently. Just started my second bottle of PR-XT today actually.

Didnt rest today like i scheduled. Went in an hit back and trap work not triceps like planned (chest is a tender)

Wide chins-12,12,8 (TUT/squeeze on contraction really)
Tbar row- 45x10x2 90x8x2 115x8
Dhandle pulldowns (face away from pad) 70x10 90x8 90x8
Lat pull down- 100x10 120x10 140x10 140x8 (TUT)
*various trap and ab work

I was ZONED out today, it was crazy... prodigy is that deal! Ive been wakin up in the middle of the night and peeing (never was the case before starting this man stack). Also, im drinkin water like a fish through the day more than i usually do.

Pump was great, had a decent mind/muscle connect as well.

Figured id throw this out here, on my "off" days i replace my carbs with salads. Lower my carbs on off days :D

Got it in a bundle offer off TF when Body Octane Game Day was released. Shirt suprisingly fit awesome in all the right places, every time I wear it ppl seem to say I look bigger lol.
