I just wanted to know if anyone had helpful tips on keeping my diet perfect in respect to timing of meals throughout the day? Somedays all get light headed during workouts, other times be super charged.
I'm at 195lb taken in 2800cal roughly through the day
Taken in 2 gallons of water a day and another half gallon through protein shakes, bcaa mix and crystal light drinks
