I didnt even.look at the profile.in enhanced i just bought it on faith that since its PES it will be good LOL. So.itll stack.nice with versa1? Ill have to check.the profile now. Im like 5 days into versa havent noticed much but at 5 days wasnt expecti.g much anyway

Well you're in luck because it's awesome lol. Yeah, both ingredients from Versa-1 are actually in Enhanced at different amounts. Some people have picked up on some of the cognitive effects from the first dose. During my beta run, it took me about 2 weeks before I really figured out what was going on. I think you'll end up liking it.

I weighed 217.6lbs (+3.6lbs from day 1) this morning. It looks like I'm slowly recomping, which is my main goal currently. My calorie intake isn't quite as high as it was the first 6 weeks of my run.

Leg DOMS aren't as bad as expected and I'm walking normally. I don't think any soreness will get much worse.



Supplementation


VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout


Compound 20: 2 caps pre workout, 2 caps 7 hours later


Forskolin-95: 1 cap when I woke up, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)


Jack3d micro: 2 scoops pre workout


Modern BCAA+: 2 scoops pre workout/2 scoops post workout
(broke fast an hour post workout)


ALCAR-500: 2g pre workout


Agmatine 500: 2 caps before a high carb meal


AP: 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap before post workout meal



I was sad to see phase 2 come to an end, as I loved the high volume. However, I don't think I could've had much more fun than I did in the gym today. Phase 3 is lower volume, but full of intensity, which completely destroyed my shoulders. I'll probably be limiting my shoulder workouts to 2 exercises (plus incline bench and a destroyer set), but went with 3 today.

Thanks bud. My legs definitely have some soreness, but I'm surprised they aren't worse as well. Recovery has been great and notably improved the last month or so.

Amazing how creative Meadows is. Every time I see something new I am like why didn't I think of that. All knowing I probably would have never thought if it myself.

Haha Agreed. There's a lot of interesting exercises/variations. I think "Dante" came up with those rows though lol. Next week I'm planning on ending my back workout with these...

Subbed out pendlay rows for them. Works way better imo. Allows for a heavier weight and a deeper contraction.

Ya I have "stolen" a lot of exercise variations from Meadows over the years. Another solid source (albeit of a different variety) is Ben Bruno. Search for his articles or youtube if you want some insane bodyweight variations on exercises in ways you probably never would have thought of. I shouldn't short change him tho...some of his variations on more traditional things are insane as well.

Day 57

I had a couple scoops of Alphamine this morning to help me get through the morning fast. As of now, it's done a good job keeping my hunger under control and I'll have another scoop in about 30 minutes.

I just check my tracking info for Enhanced and it hasn't been scanned by UPS yet :(. I was hoping it'd be here by Wednesday because I only have a couple scoops of Micro left.
 
Maybe UPS just didn't update? I know that most should have been shipped out today. Hoping to get some before I lift again on Wednesday..not going to have any for today's lift tho. :sad:

I don't know what the deal is. It should've shipped last week, considering I order within a minute of getting the email. I sent DAdams a message on Saturday and he said he'd check with the warehouse and get back to me.

For all you supplement whores (myself included) I would suggest signing up for UPS My Choice. There is a free membership (what I have) but it will give you frequent updates to your email and even gives you a time window in which to expect the package on the day it will arrive. Helps so you don't sit at the home hoping it arrives before your lift when the package isn't destined until that night. ;)

Yes! I was a big fan, tests your will to workout.

Picked up some of those quest bars you're talking a out. Figured I'd try some before I went to the Arnold incase there's a sweet deal & I can stock up.
