Uh oh staying out of this guys path today

Uh yeah! Then the woman tells me I'm getting my script too early and have to wait till tomorrow. Fock me running! So been trying to get my doc to ok my meds for today but they won't answer now. Think I will sleep all day :)
 
Last two days of supp-d, gonna hit it hard! Full shoulder day today first time in a long while.
 
Overhead Press:
105x14 155x10 155x10

Shrugs:
205x20 295x12 365x10 405x8 455x6

Military DB:
50x10 50x10 50x10

DB shrugs:
100x10 100x10 100x10

Standing cable shoulder press:
50 per arm x10 for 3 sets.

Rear Delt:
130x10 3sets.

Misc DB shoulder therapy exercises.

Trying to work back into the shoulder routine. Feeling really shaky almost no stability on all overhead lifts. Not happy with my numbers, but I'm glad I got cleared to do shoulders. DB military was the biggest challenge trying not to let the weight get behind me. All in good time I will be back to where I was.

They said shoulders are good to go. Even though its my shoulder that is injured I guess the only loading of the joint that is bad is any form of bench or chest exercise. Easing in for sure.

Good work man and great news about your shoulder - did they give you any sort of rehab advice or going in for physical therapy?

PT 3 days a week. That stuff is brutal, they know how to make you hurt. I can do heavy(for me) weight and never be as sore as they make me with little pink weights and resistance bands. I just hope its worth it.

Hellz yeah! I've been working thru some light weight shoulder movements at home (fixing a little popping issue before it gets any bigger) and some of those are straight torture- ytwl - smokes my shoulders every time with almost no weight

Anything to do with serratus is brutally painful. I'd recommend everyone start working on it now so it doesn't get injured. Because if it does its not a pleasant journey.
 
I want to thank Rider and the NLA team for the opportunity to log the New Supp-d raspberry lemonade. This log ready helped me stay motivated throughout this shoulder issue. I think its very balanced as compared to the original which had great stim effects but a very displeasing taste. The new version is pleasant over ice and mixes well. The stim effects are not as intense but the focus, drive, and pump are still there. I believe it helped me with endurance especially during long cardio sessions. 2 scoops is where I really felt I was in the zone. I see this going into my stash as a regular. Again thank you guys, you have continued to put out quality products.

I've got d-pol starting tomorrow. Would love to try some Formutech! Keep me in mind in the future, I have an epistane run coming up in 4 weeks, if its anything that would fit in or go in pct I'd be more than pleased.
