Decided it was in everyone around me's best Interest to skip the gym today lol ill hit shoulders tomorrow and back Sunday.
Weight is 213.1 this morning.

ROFL!! So glad I lift alone. Back when I was eating a crap ton of barley every day, I had gas so bad could gag a maggot and I'd be letting em loose on squzts, dl's, bench, you name it. Just about gassed myself out. lol

I know the feeling - I can barely drink beer at all anymore for the same reasons... Makes me feel horrible - then BAM - I feel better, as the rest of the room is now in tears....lol

lol. my wife just about evicted me from our bed. she said me or the barley! it was a tough decision, but I thought choosing barley would be much more expensive. Breaking up with the barley didn't cost me half my assets.

Woke up groggy as hell this morning still. Sleeping like a baby but it takes a while to get up and going. GI issues are starting to calm down, But gas is still horrible! Figured it was safe to go hit shoulders today lol. Felt pretty good. The day off yesterday was nice.

Where do you line your hands up on the knurls? I always put my index finger on the little break between them. Puts my hands about 3-4" outside my shoulders or so.

You do standing or seated?

It's an exercise that makes you struggle to lift 10lb-15lb dbs over your head lol. Great finishing move.

Was busy all day today didnt get a chance to get in to the gym until super late which I hate doing. I wasn't even going to go in but as I sat on the couch I told myself to quit being such a puss c and go. Felt much better this morning. Not near as groggy. Tomorrow morning will be the real test though, because ill have a 2 year old in my face yelling "Get up Dad!" At about 7:15 lol I'm not a very vascular guy but today I've noticed veins in more forearms all day and really got serious at the gym. I'm assuming its from the Recomp.

Just got done smashing chest. Strength was there in a big way today once I got warmed up. Probably due to a carb up yesterday. Woke up extremely groggy and couldn't get out of it yesterday morning. I think I took like 5 mini naps yesterday morning lol. But I didn't get much sleep the night before so I'm sure that's the culprit. Stomach is finally calming Down from the recomp. Spreading 6 pills throughout the day including 2 before bed. Noticing a few more
Veins In my forearms but nothing else to really more yet

Not sure of rest periods but they were short. I was In and out including cardio and BS'ing with a buddy of mine at the end in an hour. Having some slight pain in my delts still. Thought maybe they were just sore from Saturday but still hasn't went away. More irritating than anything

Damn dude that's crazy low lol. My fat is usually around 100-115 but I didn't have any PB today. And only had 1 serving of almonds. Most of my fats come from PB, Edamame, whey shakes, and almonds

I'm really anal about tracking what I eat. I have to force myself not to analyze everything little thing when I go out for dinner. lol

Haha yeah that's the good thing about eating the same thing everyday lol. It gets old but I generally know exactly where my calories will end up without tracking them. It's a whole different story when we go out to dinner though I grub out. We don't go out to eat very often though
