Tonight's workout just plain sucked. Long, hard 12.5 hours at work and just had nothing left to give by the time I made it to the gym. Still got all my planned sets in, just had to really force myself to do it. Attempted a run on the treadmill, but had nothing left in the tank and after 5 minutes packed it up and went home.

Notes - Appetite is still nearly non-existent. I'm actually beginning to like the taste of this stuff, lol. The adapta cap makes dispensing the product so easy, I wish I had some of those caps for my son's medicines.

Tonight's workout:
Lat Pulldowns wide grip - 3 sets
Lat Pulldowns close grip - 3 sets
Lat Pulldowns Underhand - 3 sets
Seated Cable Rows - 3 sets
T-Bar Row - 3 sets
Bent over BB Row - 3 sets
EZ bar curls - 3 sets
Preacher curls - 3 sets
Cable curls - 3 sets
Reverse curls - 3 sets
21s to finish out

That's amazing volume for not feeling up to it. Way to battle through capt !!!
 
Hey bro a workout some times even if you feel down or out of place, doesnt mean the workout didn't count. Lift that head back up and kick ass like you been doing. Also I love the new Avitar!

Thanks guys. Being out there busting butt installing cable for 9-12 hours a day and then trying to keep intensity and energy up for the type of workouts I try to do is rough. It all comes down to "how bad do you want it" I guess.

It was a little chilly out so I put my hoodie on til I got there. Once at the gym, decided to go ahead and do some cardio to warm up and get the blood pumping since I had the hoodie on (I love cardio in a hoodie). Started running on the treadmill and noticed that I wasn't getting winded at all, upped the speed from 5 to 5.5 and kept trucking. Increased speed some more.. A 20 minute run later and I was feeling awesome! Sweating like a pig but still not even slightly tired. To the iron I went. Had a freaking awesome workout! PRs all around tonight on a night I had to force myself to get up and go.

Front plate raise - 4 sets
DB side raises - 4 sets
DB rear delt flyes - 3 sets
DB press - 4 sets
DB 1-arm upright row - 4 sets
Shoulder shrugs - 8 sets
Military Press - 3 sets
Calf Raises - 6 sets
Hanging ab raises - 4 sets

One for Shrugs @ 475x8 (475x5 was previous best)
One for DB Press @ 85s x 6 (85s x 5 was previous)
One for seated calf raises @ 180x5 (180x1 was previous, calves are one of my weak points; they just won't grow)
Hanging ab raises 25 reps for 4 sets, normally I'm lucky to get 20 for 3 sets

Woo Woo Woo another killer update and damn it everyone's gym is always clean and has space. Mine sucks. It's 24 7 that's the only reason I stay lol.
 
I hear ya Hulk. Mine is 24-7 and luckily is almost always empty. I call it, home. LOL

How is your energy from beginning to end of workout? Right now I'm using Epic from LG and I love it, it gives me constant energy from beginning to end of workout. It I've used a ton of pre's and this one by far is my Fav!

Here's so far what i got LG Science stack 1-ANDROstenolone, IGF-1, L-carnitine with some extras for pre workout AGMATINE- CREATINE ETHYL ESTER- SUPER CISSUS RX and maybe not sure alphamine. What do you guys think is it to much? And by the way this would be firts time with a PH. Any advice would be very positive.. Thanks

Figured I'd work calves, forearms and abs and get some extra cardio in. 20 minute run on the treadmill, in my hoodie of course. 200 reps for calves. (Trying to get calves like Packers.) 150 reps on abs. Roll-ups, reverse curls and cable wrist curls for forearms. Not too bad for an add-on workout.

I also like the video, sounds like we're both about the same amount if days into the 1Andro. I'm also using M1D Andro with it to continue my bulk and so far every thing is great. Started a training/Workout log titled Breaking Barriers with LG so if you want you can check that out as well. Today was first post so not a lot to go by yet. Look forward to seeing more of your log. I think I can say now that I am seeing some initial results from this. Been waking up the past few mornings with wood I could play baseball with. Went to the gym tonight without taking a pwo and still had good intensity and focus. Strength seems to be going up each time I lift. I'm still weak compared to a lot of ya'll, but any gain is a gain.

Gave my triceps all they could handle tonight, can barely move my arms right now. Hit another PR tonight of 150x8 on tricep pressdowns. The video below is after that and I wish I had recorded the 150, but I will definitely get that recorded next time.

Tricep Pressdowns - 60x20 (warmup), 100x15, 120x10, 150x8, 140x6, 120x7
Tricep Extension (Behind Head) - 35x10, 45x10, 50x8
Skullcrushers - 45x10, 55x8, 65x6
Dips - 20 reps
Skipped mixing chest in tonight as on my first set of bench press I felt a pop on my left side and decided not to push it.
20 minute run on treadmill

I'm running the same log over in cycle info. I noticed you mentioned low appitite, I'm running 4 doses and I'm hungery all day long.

Not too much to update. Still having good intensity and focus. Strength is good. Had a killer back workout Wednesday night. Got brave and grabbed the 95 lb dumbbell for one arm rows. There's something about grabbing the big boy DBs that makes you feel awesome. Went in tonight with no real plan and ended up doing shoulders and biceps. Never tried that combo before but it was definitely effective.
Preacher curls - 4 sets
21s - 4 sets
DB curls - 3 sets
Shrugs on squat/Lunge - 5 sets
BB Shrugs - 3 sets
Plate raise - 3 sets
Smith Machine Shoulder Press - 4 sets
Lateral raises - 4 sets
Rear lateral raises - 3 sets

*note* Just a quick apology for not keeping up with weight on the lifts, the intensity levels I've been having just make me want to lift and not pay attention to weights. Just want to add more weight and knock out more sets. I'll try to get more detailed recaps in the future.

Back in the gym tonight for some leg domination. Intensity and focus were on point, as usual. Been able to add weight to lifts each workout, and that is a great feeling. Appetite is still pretty low, but has begun to stabilize.

Tonight's workout:
20 minute run on treadmill
Leg Curls - 150x12, 180x12, 200x12, 210x10
Leg Extensions - 150x12, 180x12, 200x10, 210x8
Squats - 135x15, 205x15, 255x12
Leg Press - 8 plates x 15, 10 plates x 15, 12 plates x 8 (Knees felt really shaky, but strength was good enough to do more reps and more weight.)
Seated Calf Raise - 2 plates x 25, 3 plates x 20, 3 plates x 20

Really gotta figure out a better way to feel comfortable with my knees holding up weight. They hold me back so much.
