As far as for the stronger part, a buddy of mine from school is only 22 y.o. and only been lifting a couple years but is freakishly strong. He just posted a video of him doing a 900 lb squat yesterday (with suit)! He's trying to go pro as a powerlifter and I think he'll do it too.

Equipment is a whole nother beast to me, more power to ya. What federation will the next meet be? I have an APA coming up, just looking for feedback, aside from USAPL sucking.
 
@Sean, definitely. Collegiate Nats in April is USAPL, I'll probably stick with USPA after that for a bit.

Bands were hard, the first set of 250 was full potato. I put on a 25 on one side, my training partner had nothing on the other side. Thought the bands were setup wrong, and pressed it anyways.


Tried this shirt in hope that it was looser, it was tighter. But the groove felt better and I'll probably stick with it.
 
Not a good workout today, I blame the 2 crunch wrap supremes that were sitting in my stomach while trying to squat, shoudln't have eaten an hour within training...was hard to get my belt on the regular tightness from the bloat.

I'm considering going back and programming mine again, have been doing some extensive reading of the conjugate method and am incredibly interested in giving that a go.

The plan is to adapt it into something more applicable to overall athleticism, if possible.

It wouldn't be for a while anyway, I don't have enough knowledge of it as of now, and my current programming is very successful. (Jason has been training me for the last 3 months)

Energy is good at 2 caps, no noticeable effect from the yohimbe. Overall feel pretty good, only the 2nd time I've used it though.
