What is your favorite cheat meal?

Dinner tonight: Cheesy Bacon Chicken and Steak with side of steamed veggies and "faux mashed potatoes" which is basically mashed white beans cooked in a little bit coconut oil and sprinkled with parm cheese and herbs.

Well guys...today was NOT a planned cheat meal day. I was saving it for tomorrows dinner. But, I came home from college to go to my little brothers conference championship game and the people at the door were having a free baked goods giveaway. My parents and I all grabbed something...I had some peanut butter fudge, some puppy chow, and some white chocolate puppy show clusters. Yes, they were awesome, and I haven't had sweets in idk how long. But, needless to say ill be good with no sweets for a while.

solution.....when you do ur cheat meal, do you cut calories at all the day before or day after or eat in a surplus all week AND have a cheat meal? Cuz woudlnt that increase fat gain?

You could easily fit a big cheat meal in your day without going over your target calories (unless you have a very low target). Just plan the rest of your daily intake with the "cheat" in mind if you're worried about it.

I ordered Chinese tonight. An order of chicken w/ broccoli, an order of Mongolian beef, then I ate half of my wife's pork fried rice and boneless spare ribs. I stayed within my calorie limit/surplus that I had been. I called it a cheat because in no way is a gallon of garlic sauce healthy, but I was still in my limits of where I wanted to be in terms of total calorie intake

but now I look like I'm 6 months pregnant

Lol, you guys have no idea how calorie dense some of that food you are eating is. I've worked in the food industry for the past 6 years and your head would spin to see what we do to make food taste good. Most 2-4 oz side portions of veg contain about a tbsp of butter, and thats if your lucky most places use whats called whirl now which is a nasty little product that is basicaly liquid plastic.

So your average stirfry (veg and chicken) from a chinese food place, which most people wouldnt think is all that bad for them probably contains between a quarter to a half a cup of fat. Between them deepfrying the meat (even if its not breaded, its faster with big orders) and sauteing the veg, and finishing the dish with any sesame seed oil. Your probably talking minimum 2000 calories for a quart container.

That's really not too surprising and I don't see much of an issue with it at all. I eat 2000+ calorie (non-cheat) meals almost daily and still have a ton more eating to do after that. It shouldn't be hard for most people to make one of their meals high-calorie and stay on track with whatever their target is.

Post workout chocolate cake

1cup egg whites
1/2 grinded oats
2scoops of peanut butter chocolate protein
5 packs sweet and low

Mix up and toss in microwave.. Make sure the middle is a little gooey because it will cook a little more even after its out. If you dont mind a little extra carbs cool whip makes a good frosting

That pizza looks great! I had a great cheat meal at the baby shower this weekend and it was awesome.
I had buffalo chicken wings(hot spicy and zing flavored) and I also had some veggies to go along with it
along with some beef pasta and for dessert I had some vanilla cake. Great cheat meal for sure. Good times

Is that thousand island on chile cheese fries ???

God dammit !!! Now I really miss the west coast! If i visit Phoenix this year I'm hitting in an out straight from the airport !

They don't even have it this far north. Probably a good thing for me. I miss Cali but I'm afraid if get even fatter being there.

The solution

Your food look awesome post up some recipes

Omelete = Eggs + whatever you want
Muffin = Muffin + Toppings
Stirfrys are exactly what is in them.. nothing to hide here.
Rice cakes = Rice Cakes + Topping with protein pudding (Protein + Greek Yogurt)

Im a simple guy...

In and Out burger is one of my fav places to eat. It just sucks that they don't have them on the
east coast anymore. I always get a double burger with fries and a drink when I eat here. How many
calories are in their burgers do anyone know? How many grams of fat are in their meals? Anyone?
