Versa-1 bundle stack directions

Just got the versa bundle stack but there is no instructions for the three powders with it. Do I just take each one each day or what?
 
I think the OP started multiple threads asking this question. Either way, you can find dosing recommendations in the below thread.

Question about the Super Cissus dosing. I want to mega dose it at 1g. 4-5 times a day. What size scoop would 1g. be? The container says 1/4tsp = 1100mg. I'm horrible at math and can't figure out the conversion. Thanks for any help here.

a little less than 1/4 tsp.

I would invest in a digital scale that has mg capabilities. I got one from nutra way back when.
