Here is a little about Ricky Eisenhauer - who most of you know already! He is so dedicated to the fitness industry and PNI that I am so excited and proud to have him on my team!
BIO: 24 years old 5'9" 210lbs off season and 190lbs for my
contest/photo shoot prep....been lifting since I was 16...tried tons of routines
and tons of supplements as we all do. Took a long time to realize everyone is
different and you really need to find out what works for you. I may not have any
fancy degrees but I believe experience trumps education. Specially when dieting
and lifting is a passion much more then a hobby. I am currently an
underwear/fitness model for Christopher Daemon modeling agency. My favorite

This quote means a lot due to the injuries and surgeries I have had with my rotator cuffs!!! Over the last several years I have found the most joy in helping the younger High School lifters be the best they can be and do things right from the beginning. This is so rewarding!
